民宿問題：
1.車位：首頁介紹説是有停車場，實際是路邊市政畫的公共停車位，先到先得，沒有安全保障，並且如果車子滿的話，不保證能停車
2.風格：説是民宿，主營業務應該是飯店，捎帶個住宿生意。辦理入住的枱子左右各是飯店的桌子和包廂，飯店的服務員上菜和打牌的時候兼顧住宿需求應答，且房間沒有電話，民宿也沒有電話或者微信等聯繫方式，所以需求基本無應答，找人全靠等，或者滿飯店的追服務員詢問
3.住宿：住宿是飯店的自建房，實際門面如圖（即飯店的門面），住宿的一樓是飯店的二樓，無電梯，實際的房間樣式如圖（和首頁介紹嚴重不符），頂燈拿紙糊住，淋浴處無置物架，提供的洗漱用品的瓶子是直接放在地上的
4.服務：民宿走廊隨處可見衞生遺留和隨手搭放的物品（如圖），入住時廁所用紙僅這麼幾張（如圖），牙刷是壞的（如圖），無地巾且一次性拖鞋有不乾淨的地方，因此請求再拿兩雙一次性拖鞋，被詳細追問（且追到房間裏去確認拖鞋哪裡有問題）表示很不舒服
總結：以上客觀的入住體驗和感受，供參考。主觀感受是個人體驗感很差，和首頁介紹與定價嚴重不符。能夠接受節假日的住宿溢價（4月份訂五一假期的房間也花了400），但是既然開單接待民宿，應該有基本的服務意識和態度，很顯然店家衹是想潦潦草草的應付這個生意，衹想讓住客憤然離去。嚴重懷疑前面的好評是刷出來的吧

酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住應該是新酒店因為臨時訂房衹能訂到一間套房但春節400+的價格也還算行但是沒有早餐略有遺憾且附近沒有地方可以吃早飯所以叫了外賣哈哈哈浴室用品齊全而且寬敞大床面朝練江風光無限全自動小米智能家居系統呼風喚雨的體驗還不錯不過交通略有不便但依山傍水依然值得衞生有待加強雖説硬件都還不錯軟件還需琢磨

過年期間歙縣普遍溢價，這家其實就是在村裡，風景還可以，房間也比較新，但是隔音很差，隔壁説話就像在自己房間。衞生做的很一般，到了甚至沒人接待，浴缸沒有一次性浴缸套，自己買了才能用，總之不夠用心吧

因為個人的原因，無法入住。結果又因操作失誤導致取消失敗。經和老闆協商，很爽快的解決了問題，看得出民宿老闆是很有信義之人，讓我很感動。雖然這次沒來成，我想過段時間再來一定還會入住這裏的。

酒店底層是餐飲，看起來生意不錯。民宿在2層和以上。走廊樓梯很有設計感。房間很乾凈。洗手間很大。晚上睡覺很安靜，床也舒服。作為民宿來講，用的布草和洗漱用品很用心了。就是有一點，預訂界面房間的圖片和實際的圖片有一些不一致。再有就是樓下有個類似減速帶的東西，車過去會有聲響。但是晚上車很少了，不影響睡覺。

房間寬敞乾淨，層高高，衞生間裝的也很好，硬件不錯，是家庭式格局，每層樓有三間房，不過其他客人路過門口會有點吵。

非常棒的入住體驗，老闆家自己經營的民宿，給我們免費升級為河景大床房，房間寬敞明亮大氣，落地窗可以俯瞰練江。老闆家自營地道農家菜，點好菜幫我們免費送到房間，非常貼心。房間內巨幕投影非常方便。整體感覺超值，強烈推薦！

房間隔音不好，還有智能燈一下床就亮（太光了）而且走道的燈光把房間都照亮（24小時）其他都沒問題，老闆很好，離徽州古城也近
