Ronda was very aggressive towards her coworkers and completely unprofessional. She was hunched over the man at the counter ” helping” him with something when I came in. She clearly thought he could not handle whatever it was and showed her contempt and that she thought he was probably an imbecile in every way. Then after the man was finished helping the last customer he left and a new cashier came on duty. Ronda continued to be rude and aggressive, now towards the new cashier on duty. She was rude and condescending to her and basically whispered to her that she'd better watch out or she (Ronda) would be even worse to her, meaning an even bigger pos than she was already being. What?!? It was appalling and I felt horrible for the 2nd cashier because she was worse to her than the man and all in front of me. In addition her behavior had flustered both cashiers and it took forever to check in. Toxic behavior in the workplace isn't good for anyone. I hope this will be addressed seriously. It is not ok. She's clearly a bully and that's because noone is holding her accountable. I should also say both of the other cashiers handled her bad behavior professionally when they could have reacted very poorly.
