非常滿意的一次入住體驗，前台服務人員態度熱情周到，認真地給講解了神農架的遊玩功略，還給升級了房間，陽台景觀房間寬敞明亮舒適，景色宜人，下次還會來住

位置比較偏，在上神農架機場的路上，不是自駕的話周圍什麼吃喝都沒，離主要景區也很遠。但酒店環境確實沒得説，房間設施都很好，住得舒服，早餐品類不多，餐廳環境好，但小童超過身高就要給錢，卡得很死差評。晚上7點多才入住，五一入住率也不高，洲際會員也沒給升級房型。除此其他都不錯

本次五一出行最成功的就是定了這個酒店 停車充電都很方便 酒店環境舒適 服務到位 景色優美 早餐和晚餐自助味道也很不錯 酒店還有游泳池 入住酒店就不想出門了 住了2天 真的很不錯 強烈推薦 臨走的時候有貴重物品拉在酒店了 酒店也及時聯繫 發快遞給我送回 拾金不昧 必須要表揚

環境非常美！！！依山傍水！但是去哪個景區都得一個小時😂 不過説這是神農架最好的酒店也不過分了！我們房間含早但我們衹吃了一天 因為菜品太少了 和其他大酒店對比早餐真的很一般 本來看早餐單買要158還是多少還期待了一下 結果 嗯 去木魚鎮吃吧

神龍架地區最棒的酒店，雖然現在淡季客人比較少，不過服務沒有受到影響。設施，衞生，服務態度都符合洲際品牌，睡眠質量超好！唯一建議是地下停車場通往酒店大堂的路太遠太嚇人了
