Hilton Hotels in Shenzhen

We had a very pleasant stay. Although the room showed some signs of wear and tear, it was very spacious and clean and the view was very nice. All necessities were available in the room. The location itself is perfect, with the subway station literally in front of the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly including their cute rolling 'colleague' bringing food to our room ;). The breakfast was very very good!! One of the best we had in all our trips. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is super nice, with good service. The room is clean, there are three swimming pools and we went to two. The outdoor one has foam pool while the indoor one has jacuzzi. Breakfast is normal Hilton style with lots of choices . The location is nice as well, walkable distances to various shopping malls and the coast promenade.

We had a wonderful experience here at Hilton during Hotelex Shenzhen. We stayed in a suite, all of the staff looked after us well with extraordinary hospitality and service. Especially Vicky and Lucas, communicating with all of their colleagues to help us with loads of luggages/packages🤣 Plenty of bottle water everyday, room service, ironing services, the lounge, the brekkie.. everything here is just amazing. Thank you Hilton team, and special thanks to Vicky and Lucas. Will come back again for our next stay
