首先一點也不好找，不打客服電話可能你永遠找不到酒店在哪裡。繞了這個商城一圈又一圈，沒有門牌沒有標識，完全和酒店官方圖片門頭不符，辦理入住的地方就是這個門牌是瓏城天地的牌子。裏面的公寓酒店有好幾個名字（海仕登、希城、方糖、夢園）其實就是一家！
其次，房間很大但是真的臭，地板是真的臟的，還黏糊糊的，我蹲在地上理行李都能聞到地板上拖把的水臭味，就是拖把沒洗乾淨放了很久那種臭。樓梯的地板，建議大家住的時候走路小心一點，一點也不防滑，也不要穿他們家的拖鞋，我就是洗好澡穿的酒店的拖鞋下樓，直接一滑摔下去了，滑下去好幾格樓梯，背上被樓梯的角磨破了皮，坐樓梯上好久都沒有緩過來。
最後，這個地方除了離地鐵站近，樓下吃的比較多以外，真的不推薦。看房間的牌子就知道，這是辦公的地方。。

整體特別贊！地理位置也好！完全不用擔心吃飯的問題，樓下就是大型商圈，便利店也有，真的很方便。房間環境也很好，設施配備特別齊全，最最重要的是演唱會回程的時候，完全不會出現擠不上地鐵的情況，特別的贊！有機會還會再來的！

房間比較有家的感覺，上下兩層設施一應俱全，還有冰箱洗衣機，可以悠閑的買點水果飲料放冰箱，看看投影不錯，前台服務也很好，我喜歡泡茶喝，本來每個房間每天兩瓶水的，後面我需要也給多我兩瓶人性話。

房間非常乾淨整潔，每天都會有阿姨來打掃！落地窗視野很好，投影儀冰箱洗衣機烘乾機一應俱全！小兩層的設計真的很寬敞，很有家的感覺～反覆已經住了六七次啦，真的住起來很舒服
