Shenzhen Pingshan Shanhaitang Hotel

The environment is very good. I have stayed in so many homestays, but this one is my favorite. The service is also very good, the food is excellent, and the room is spacious. I am very satisfied and will come again

It was my first time staying here. The hotel environment, hygiene and service were all first-class. Every photo I took was beautiful. We were upgraded to a lake view room with a small balcony by the lake. The scenery was even more beautiful and tranquil. The only thing I could complain about was that there were not many food and beverage options and there was no gym.

The experience was great, a little better than I initially imagined. The rooms seemed to be fully booked for the Qingming Festival, but everyone was spread out, and we hardly met many people around us during the whole day. The room type has been upgraded. The environment in the room is okay, but there is no smell. The welcome fruits are of good quality. The length of the trails that can be walked in the area is quite moderate. An hour or two is enough for a stroll, and the restaurant's craftsmanship is also good. The gem at the front desk dealt with me during the process, and the service was very warm and considerate.

A very, very satisfying stay. The hotel was fully booked during the Qingming Festival, but it didn't feel crowded. The courtyard is large, with birds singing and flowers blooming. You can also walk to the Maluan Mountain Plank Road. The front desk helped upgrade the room, and it was a perfect staycation. If you want to find a place away from the city and work, I really recommend it!

Facilities: The facilities are old. Even though it was renovated and opened in 2021, it looks like it has been there for 10 years. The maintenance is very poor, and the walls of the bathroom are moldy. The hot water is also poor. Sanitation: The toilet is very smelly. Environment: To be honest, the environment has mountains and water, but the overall environment is like a guesthouse, not worth the price! Service: The only thing that can be appreciated is that the hotel front desk and the battery car guy really work hard to provide service. Unfortunately, the hardware of this hotel is really not good. It can be seen that the grassroots staff are working hard, but it is a pity.

Highly recommended. A treasure hotel that I discovered by accident. A perfect resort hotel with beautiful scenery. I was worried that the software would not keep up, but the waiters were well-trained, polite and considerate. Anyway, I immediately asked the company to negotiate an agreement with the hotel because we often have people working nearby. I will try lunch next time.

I can't think of any other words to describe this experience except perfect I have stayed in hotels under various big brands including Marriott, Hyatt, InterContinental, etc., but none of them are as good as Shanhaitang. My family runs a four-star hotel in Hong Kong, so I can only say that I am ashamed😂 Thank you Owen, Ma Fei and Lijun for your hospitality

I finally had time to leave a review. The hotel was more pleasant than expected. Although the room was a little small for this price. The pillow was very comfortable, the toilet was separated into wet and dry areas, and the water pressure was sufficient. The overall environment was very good, and the air was very good. There are trails in the hotel for walking, and there are also trails up the mountain. It is very suitable for walking around the hotel or sitting and killing time when the weather is good. The breakfast looks simple but tastes very good. I drank two cups of soy milk. On the way to check out, I passed by the vegetable garden and picked super fresh green vegetables. The best of the day, haha Thanks to Lijun who took us to pick vegetables, Ma Fei at the front desk, and the vegetable picking brother whose name I don't know in the vegetable garden. The experience was very good! You may consider coming again.

An elderly person in my family had a birthday, and I accidentally found this hotel at the foot of Maluan Mountain on Ctrip. The whole family came to experience it and had dinner at the hotel. The family was very satisfied! Thanks to Dandan and Owen for communicating the dining details in advance, carefully arranging the birthday banquet, and adjusting the menu according to the preferences of the elderly. Thank you very much🙏 The hotel environment is great, the air is fresh, and the waiters are very friendly. It must be very happy to work in such an environment!
