Receptionist and all staff were very helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage for an extra day as I had business appointments. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Room was very clean and amenities were excellent. Hospitality was excellent

Medium review
1. Check-in was not enthusiastic. There were no tissues in the lobby. The tissues were inside the front desk. When I asked for tissues, they pointed them out and told me to get them myself. I didn’t quite understand🥲🥲
2. There were two men sleeping on the sofa in the lobby. I got down several times and still looked at them. It was a bit scary
3. I was given a membership card without my consent. I asked why there was a verification code. The front desk replied that I also needed to leave a phone number for check-in and gave me a discount. I asked about the discount price, but it was not as cost-effective as the one booked by Ctrip😂
4. When I booked, I noted that I wanted a quiet room. The front desk also asked me what requirements I had for the room, but still arranged a room by the road for me. It was really noisy😅😅 Help
5. There were no bathrobes and hand towels in the room
6. The network was not easy to connect. I tried at least five times to connect. I don’t know if others have this problem😓😓
7. The sink was not easy to use. Washing teeth would splash on my body

I have always liked Atour, it is near the airport and very convenient. The service at the front desk and the restaurant is very good, 5 stars are for them. Some suggestions:
The people eating supper downstairs are too noisy at night, and the quilt has a damp smell.
