Shima Kanko Hotel the Bay Suites

The service is very good. As soon as you get out of Kashikojima Station, Alpha will pick you up and start your high-quality vacation experience. You must try French and Japanese cuisine. Everything is a perfect arrangement!

I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness of the staff. Also, watching the beautiful sunset during dinner was a special memory. The food was delicious, and the chef's skills were so delicate that I was able to enjoy it slowly. Thank you for the kind guidance of the classical music the next day.

We visited as a couple. We had stayed at Shima Kanko Hotel The Classic before, but this was our first time in a bay suite. It was great that we could take our shoes off in the room. We had a spa trea**ent, went into the large communal bath, and had a French course meal, which was delicious and enjoyable. However, the portions were a little too much for me. I would have liked to have had more wine. The view from the lounge was exceptional, and I lost track of time. We stayed for several nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. I hope to visit again this year.

I thought it was great that they were able to accommodate my sudden schedule, such as making a dinner reservation.

From the lobby, you can feel that you have arrived at an extraordinary resort. Pearls are used lavishly everywhere, it's very luxurious! I would like to stay here again! It would be better if the cleaning details were a little more thorough. All the dinners at Classic were simple but very delicious. The staff were professional and kind, the amenities were MIKIMOTO, the shower rooms in the large communal bath were private, the sauna was too hot but it was nice that there was a tepidarium hot bath facility, as expected! In the guest lounge, you can enjoy cereal, cookies, and tea time instead of breakfast.

We chose this hotel as our first travel destination in two years and stayed here for one night as a couple. We had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were very happy and cheerful, and we felt a warmth that is different from that of luxury hotels in the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, and all the drinks in the refrigerator were free. The bath in the room was large and had a view, so you could relax without having to go to the large public bath. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no information about room service. I saw traces of it being used in other rooms, so it may be possible to use it if you request it, but there was no information about the menu in the room. There are no restaurants around this hotel where you can eat casually, and there is only one cafe in the Classic Building where you can get a light meal. It is a shame that you cannot enjoy a leisurely meal in your room, even though you have a suite room. The hotel restaurant is very intimidating, both Western and Japanese, and although you can enjoy alcohol in the lounge, you cannot eat. If there was a good room service or a cafe or deli, I would like to stay for several nights and enjoy the resort a**osphere, but as it is now, I think it will be difficult to keep guests for more than two nights. If this is improved, I would definitely like to return to this hotel.

It really is exceptionally gorgeous. For a hotel at this price, it is truly amazing compared to other hotels. There is a large public bath and the lounge was panoramic. Of course, the drinks and food were also of a higher class than Classic. The service was also elegant and you could feel the hospitality. Check-out is at 12 o'clock, so you can take your time. It is more gorgeous and nice than high-end hotels in Hakone or expensive hotels in Karuizawa.
