很差。端午節帶小孩住8416，洗漱完後，發現馬桶居然沒做清潔，揭開還很多大便，噁心得差點吐了。前台理直氣壯的給了兩個方案，要麼換要麼馬上幫我做。
半夜睡著了又打電話過來核實情況，第二天打電話希望送下一次免費入住。
房間有點黴味、空調超大聲，以後絕不會考慮。
噁心的衞生、噁心的服務、噁心的環境、噁心的體驗。不會再考慮。

這是一家不得不給五星好評和強烈推薦的酒店，從一進大堂辦入住就給人一種賓至如歸的感受。入住後還驚喜的發現酒店的環境和客房衞做得很好，床上被褥枕頭也很鬆軟潔凈，房間還是全智能語音的。酒店附近交通也非常方便，還有訂房一定要選帶早餐的房間，因為他家的早餐品種豐富味道也不錯。 給我印象最深的是這家酒店的服務，是我住過的酒店中同等價位最好的沒有之一。免費提供各種生活用品從前台接待到客房服務到經理每一位服務都非常熱情周到，總之以後來衹會住這家，很好的一次住酒店體驗。

酒店位置非常方便，就在時代廣場，出行方便，出門喊滴滴打車一分鐘就到，酒店樓下就有最大的超市，周圍吃飯地方很多，石柱的洋芋飯不錯。旁邊就是河邊步行街，晚上散步舒服，離景點也近，打車最多十分鐘左右到，酒店設施很新，早餐豐富，衞生間乾濕分離，沙發和窗軟硬適度也不錯，有很多星級酒店沒有配置的小度，喊它放放歌挺好的，遇到的服務人員，包括前台、樓層服務和電梯遇到的都很熱情，給人温馨的感覺，強烈推薦入住。建議如果房間再配一個小冰箱就更好了，因為天氣熱時喝點冰凍飲料更爽。

房間很滿意呀 我也是對比了幾家才選擇聞喜的。 價格合適 房間衞生滿意。前台的小姐姐服務也很熱情 到店會主動詢問我們需不需要咖啡 和花茶 還有小零食 下面廣場晚上有好多吃的。早餐也非常奈斯了。品種也多 總之很滿意呢👍👍👍

酒店距離石柱縣站高鐵很近，酒店有免費洗衣服還可以烘乾，以後公司出查都定在這裏了，下次要去西沱古鎮玩一下，酒店樓下有游泳池這個夏天來出差就真的舒服了。
