Hotel area is big. Room is clean and spacious. Very relaxing ..recommended for families.

The place is spacious, clean, nice and natural... It's just a bit expensive for the upper class, it's better to be 800 thousand/night... But it's really worth it.... Including food/breakfast for 2 pax... There is a zoo and pick-up and drop-off with buggy cars... The swimming pool is large and there are 2... For bringing family, especially bringing children, it's very suitable, I highly recommend it.

The room is nice and the service is also satisfying, our family will come back to stay here again.

There were insects in the blanket, the AC was broken.... luckily the weather was cold so it didn't affect anything.

It's good, the hotel's response is also quick when there are complaints. Bonus, the family met Jerome here 😁😁

Kamar kurang terawat, floor drain kamar mandi mampet dan leveling lantai kamar mandi bermasalah, kamar perlu renovasi, dari lobby kelihatan bagus, tapi begitu sampai kamar perlu beberapa perbaikan. Pada saat menginap mengalami lbh dr 10x mati lampu, Pengalaman hotel paling buruk selama saya sering staycatiom dimana pun.. pelayanan staf baik dan ramah, helpful

The hotels pictures are beautiful on line, but don’t be fooled. The hotel is long in the tooth! Our room had torn carpeting, broken shower floor, mold in shower, wallpaper peeling off and the lumpiest beds ever. Left mgmt a letter. No call back.
