The hotel is within 10 mins walk to bugis MRT/bugis junction. If you know the way, it is quite convenient. There are also a lot famous food shops nearby. If you dont mind walking Suntec and Marina Bay Sands are also walking distance. The fact that the room has kitchen and laudary devices as well as a pool with terrific view is another plus for us. The only downside is that the aircon in our room has big noise. Upon official complaints, both front desk and trip.com solved the problem for us nicely.

I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard and had a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet environment, which made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Stay with Stunning Marina Bay Views This hotel boasts an unbeatable location, and the room has breathtaking views of Marina Bay. Waking up to such a panorama was truly a highlight of our stay. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding staff. During check-in, we encountered an unexpected delay, likely due to a large number of arrivals. Despite the wait, the team, from the main reception to the club lounge, handled the situation with remarkable grace and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make us feel valued and comfortable, transforming what could have been a frustrating wait into a surprisingly pleasant start to our stay. Their friendliness and helpfulness were consistent throughout our visit.

The room layout is reasonable, the breakfast variety is not much but at least there is free fruit coffee. The tableware and kitchenware are in place, and the daily cleaning is good. I hope that when renewing the lease again, there will be no mandatory minimum of 6 days.
