Pan Pacific Hotels in Singapore

Attended this hotel for a wedding. Staffs were okay, not the best but not too bad. Location is good, many malls nearby, linked to Marina Square and can walk to Suntec City and Millenia Walk. However, room is a bit not user friendly in my opinion, tap too near the corner of the sink, hard to wash hands, water pressure quite low. Asked for 2 more bottles of water, was asked by housekeeping to refill myself using the filtered tap in the toilet. Not the worst hotel, not the best either, for the price would not book here again.

Facilities: There is a living room and dining room in the room. The refrigerator and tableware are all available. The bed and quilt in the room are super comfortable. There is also a washing and drying machine, which is very convenient for travel. There is a breakfast area, swimming pool and gym on the second floor of the hotel. There is a public living room on the 11th floor with massage chairs and a billiards table. Cleanliness: The rooms and public areas are very clean, and even the mysophobic teammates are impeccable. Environment: It is near the Somerset MRT, and there are also bus stops nearby, which can lead directly to Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay. There is 313 downstairs, where you can go shopping and eat, which is very convenient. Service: The service is great. There are not many choices for breakfast but the quality is good. Apart from the price being a bit expensive, nothing else can be faulted.

The front desk staff were amazing! They provided us with excellent service and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delightful, with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Was served by Jelina at the reception who told me the room was not ready as I arrived earlier than the check in time. They had coffee and tea making facilities which is an added bonus. Not long after I was informed that the room is ready. Very well designed room with a proper fridge and kitchen amenities at your disposal. Nice pool too where u can a wonderful view of the city.
