Pullman Hotels in Singapore

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of Orchard Road, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Singapore.The room was modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy.What impressed me the most was the outstanding service. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, with both Asian and Western options. The quality and freshness of the food were excellent. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were also well maintained and enjoyable.

The room was quite clean, and Joe, the Chinese大哥 (a friendly term for an older Chinese man) who did the cleaning, was really nice and gave us drinks every day! The pool in the hotel lobby was a decent size, but the hygiene wasn't great. The rooftop pool was too small, so we didn't bother using it. The front desk service was average; one Asian-looking receptionist who spoke Chinese showed a clear difference in enthusiasm between Chinese guests and foreigners. However, another more well-built receptionist (who looked Indonesian) was quite friendly! Overall, the hotel's location is super convenient, very close to Raffles City, making it easy for dining, shopping, and visiting attractions.
