The room is small but clean, and you get what you need (hairdryer and shower stuff). The breakfast time is very early and not much a variety of food so we skipped mostly. The location is very close to the Neapolis Archaeological Park but I would prefer to live somewhere closer to Ortigia next time as there are more restaurants and activities going on there. Especially if you don’t have a car, you will have to walk 20+ minutes there which is a torture to walk during the cruel summer. If you want to do laundry, nothing nearby. Also no reception so you will have to call the number upon arrival and wait for the lady to come.

The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was fully satisfying. The security of the hotel and the rooms was constantly maintained. The host, Chiara, was very kind and helpful. Right opposite the hotel there is a supermarket. Surely recommend!

We had to leave at 11 am. We were knocked on the door at 10:30 so I had to get up from the bed and answer to be able to stay until eleven.

Check-in was a real pain with host not responding to SMS messages (day before) and not picking up telephone calls on arrival. Did not meet guests as promised in reservation. City Tax was more than stated in reservation (advised 1 Euro but was 2 Euros per person). Rooms are tiny and cannot walk anywhere easily, including teeny toilet room with tiny shower. Cannot even sit on the toilet without opening the shower doors. The matron who makes breakfast not too friendly and only speaks Italian but the continental spread is good, if not weird outside "al fresco" beside the street noise/traffic. TV has lots of channels but all Italian language. Air Con cannot be controlled except off or on. Overall, not recommended except if not much other choice.

It is not a hotel but a simple B&B.
We arrived on Sunday we had to call the owner and she checked us in by phone .... after about 10 minutes we entered the building and again on the phone with the owner she showed us the secret place where we had to get the keys for being able to access the room. our room ... small, very small bathroom, zero cleaning and I am not exaggerating, I have kept the photos.
Minimal breakfast, nonexistent panoramic terrace except for a large balcony overlooking the street with the necessary waste containers exposed and no restaurant in the structure. I won't go on further.....

Sono stato in questo hotel per un giorno assieme a mio padre. Un ambiente molto accogliente nel complesso. Le stanze sono nuove, pulitissime e dotate di tutti i comfort , c'è anche un bel terrazzino con poltrone e tavolino, il personale gentilissimo, la colazione oltre le aspettative, c'è il parcheggio e inoltre l'hotel si trova in un punto caratteristico e centrale della città. Sicuramente da consigliare e ritornarci!

L'albergo è un piano di uno stabile moderno ma non recentissimo.
Il check in è un self check in guidato. Avrei preferito un totale self check in. È stata una piccola caccia al tesoro.
La camera era pulita, si presentava bene ed era silenziosa. Ma piccola, in due non saprei. Il letto comunque era comodo.
Adotterei un letto ad una piazza e mezza anziché a due, per guadagnare superficie di manovra ed eliminerei l'armadio per un piccolo stender anche aperto, ma che mi desse un po' di scrivania in più.
Una nota eco in più potrebbero essere dei dispenser per la doccia.
La colazione è servita in una veranda spaziosa e luminosa, molto carina e ben disposta. Molto cortese la signora che provvede allo sparecchio. Molti prodotti confezionati, c'era un po' di tutto, anche della frutta fresca.
La nota dolente è stata l'aria condizionata che è risultata troppo fredda e non regolabile poiché è centralizzata. Il lenzuolo era troppo poco e la copriletto era troppo, fuori stagione.
