A large hotel, consisting of two buildings. The buildings are in a L form with the top of the L on the street side. Therefore, most rooms are just a little away from the street, making it very quiet. The hotel is centrally located so it is a perfect base for excursions. There is a spacious parking where you can safely stole the car or the motor. Without a refrigerator with fridge and beer there is no restaurant or bar. Fortunately, there are enough locations in the nearby area where you can eat or drink something. The rooms have a small balcony and have a ventilator and air-conditioning. Some things are being replaced or could use some maintenance but given the price ($12 p.m.), this hotel remains a good choice.

The hotel is a super hotel. Even if the entrance looks a little small, you will find the reception on the 3rd floor. The Deluxe room we chose was hypra comfortable, worthy of the comfort dune of a 4-star. Very comfortable bed, huge bathroom with all supplies except the barbecue. The lights, the boxes, the huge TV, the balcony that gave on a fantastic view of Combattant, the small details as to indicate whether or not to make your room electronically, the huge and beautiful corridors were all perfect. The swimming pool on the 13th floor is clean and excellent. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Attention the dishes on the right of the menu are paying and are not included in the breakfast, the surprising staff enough to see Westerners had not warned us when taking the order. Conveniently located off the main road and surrounded by plenty of other businesses. Helpful and friendly staff with a mini mart in the lobby. Rooms were nice enough and their pool was icing on the cake. If I were to visit Poipet again, this would be the place to stay at.

The room is tidy, spacious, the bed 🛏️ is very comfortable just what we needed after a long bus and train 🚃 ride. The location is near Lucky Supermarket, Bakery and Bus Station. It's 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. From the market its around 8-10 minutes walk. At night its a bit dark to walk around. Definitely a good place to stay compare to the other hotels that we've tried

We arrived in Phnom Penh at 4 pm & straight away went to Virak Buntham bus station to get to Battambang. However, 11 pm tickets were unavailable so we took the 8 pm sleeper bus. I was told that we might arrive at 3:30 am, so I immediately booked Star Hotel through Agoda. We arrived in Battambang at 4 am & Star Hotel is just a few metres from Virak Buntham's office. The hotel was locked. After knocking for a few minutes, the caretaker registered us. No lift & our room is on the 2nd floor. We booked the cheapest room (no window with a fan) to crash until noon. The room is clean & comfortable, and so are the bathroom & towels. They provided bottled drinks. Good for a night stay.

The hotel environment is good, a good holiday rest place, the attitude and service of the service staff is very good, a little girl is learning Chinese, it is very friendly to see the Chinese, the chef will speak a few Chinese, and when she sees the Chinese, she will come to take a few Greeting. The reception desk service is very welcoming. The hotel location is a little far from the city center. You have to hit the ”Sudden” car to go out. A beautiful knife can be used. You can go to the city center in more than ten minutes. The fare is paid directly to the driver. It is best to say hello to the front desk. It will be convenient to pick you up at the door on time. I have eaten breakfast and lunch. The taste is good. Although breakfast is included when booking, it is not very rich, but the basic contents are all. Fruit bread, milk coffee eggs can be guaranteed, and there is no problem eating.
