What can I say about this hotel other than it is magnificent. We stayed for our wedding and honeymoon with our two young daughters and I was a little concerned that it wouldn't be the right place for young children, however I was totally wrong. Every single member of staff went out of their way to speak to my children, entertain them and make us all welcome for the duration of our stay. I didn't get any names but the young man at breakfast who was particularly wonderful with them showing my daughter where she could find seashells as she's fascinated by them and letting them play with his water guns. They made pancakes for their breakfast every day and high-fived them all the time. The room has the most amazing view, was spotlessly cleaned all of the time even after 9 of us got ready for the wedding in there and it was left looking rather chaotic. The walk through the caves to the beach is stunning and the solarium is a lovely spot to swim and catch some sun. The restaurant food was sublime. My only slight issue was that we left early in the morning and had requested breakfast boxes twice before checking out but didn't get them, and the noise levels from weddings in the hotel late at night was problematic for us getting the girls to sleep or if we wanted an early night because we were up early the next day for a trip. I think that perhaps the area where events are held is very close to the guests rooms. My daughter cried when we left and has asked to be back at the ”holiday house” every night since. An absolute dream of a hotel and a huge thank you from us all.

This hotel is located a few meters from Sorrento’s main street and square. Everything is within walking distance. Another plus is the hotel staff. They are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok for a 4* hotel with the advantage that you may eat outside. Pool is only 1.40 meters deep. But you can have a relaxing time there. We never had problems getting chairs. Our room was outside the main building near the pool (602). It was the right size for us three, very clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool. All in all, maybe one of the best options in Sorrento.

The room was lovely but there were one or two things lacking e.g. there is no mirror in the room, there were no water glasses or receptacles for water except paper cups mentioned below. House keeping was inconsistent. The towels were poor quality with little absorbency. We were supposed to have clean towels everyday but one day we did not receive any. The paper cups that were supplied were never replaced despite asking for new ones. Paper cups cannot last 4 days especially as they leaked! The bed wasn’t made for 2 days. All of these things unfortunately detracted from the overall experience .

We where greeted with open arms and fantastic smile by Giuseppe upon arrival. He was in contact with us prior to ensure he was present upon our arrival. We arrived early so we went shopping and sightseeing while our room was being made. When we return our room was ready early and he upgraded us to superior suite. What a pleasant surprise to the day. The room was spacious, clean and refreshing with a French balcony to the main street. The bathroom was large for 2 people. The location of the B&B was perfect, right in the historic center easily accessible to all the shopping and shops. The breakfast was simple continental style. The price was very responsible considering the location. Thanks you for a great stay.

It is said that we upgraded the room, the bathroom is really big, but there is no bathtub, and there is echo in the air. Tea Time can choose a cup of tea every day from 16:00-18:00, and you will be given a small dish of biscuits (8 small pieces of us) to choose to drink on the indoor balcony, or you can take a small balcony outside, just overlooking the building. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 days in Sorrento. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming people. Rooms were cleaned in 10 minutes tops and breakfast was awesome everyday ($10/person/day). They helped us navigate local transportation with directions and gave us great restaurant recommendations. If you’re going to stay here, we’d recommend two local eateries: Ristorante Bagni Sant’Anna by the Marina Grande and Taverna Allegra. This hotel was located in the main square so be prepared to hear people talking up and town the streets at night. Besides, we loved being in the middle of the action. There are plenty of gelato shops, souvenir shops, bars, and attractions near by. Everything is walking distance, including the train station which is a 10 minute walk away. The port is 15 minutes away walking. Definitely coming back! Grazie for everything! 😊
Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais

My family of seven stayed at the Palazzo Jannuzzi for three nights in Sorrento. The place is just darling! So detailed with delight. The history of staying in the family’s grandmothers house turned into a bed and breakfast/boutique hotel. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was homemade cakes, pies, eggs, muffins and all the amenities that come with a complete breakfast. I must say it was the best cappuccino I ever had !! The rooms were spacious and detailed. Very clean and well maintained. You feel like family. The location is the best. Situated right in the town center square. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The balconies were such a great place to hang out and have a nice glass of wine. Very spacious and quaint. If you are thinking about staying in Sorrento look no further and book your stay!! Thank you so much for your hospitality as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PJ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sincerely Carolyn
