I've stayed at this property for years, but won't stay there again. It's going downhill every year. The staff are very polite, but we had several problems. They don't replace things that are stolen, are stingy with towels, tissue paper, soap, and other things. The two bedroom suite that we had was the worst room I've ever had at a Residence Inn. The refrigerator looked like someone had hit it with a sledgehammer. My daughter found a plastic fork in her bed. When we stayed there a month earlier, we had found several hairs on the bed (that looked like someone had cut a small child's hair). The living room window had curtains, but no sun shade. When I asked for extra towels, I was told to get them at the front desk from a housekeeper in the hallway. I had to buy my own tissue paper because they didn't leave replacement rolls in the bathrooms even though we were there 5 days. The most hazardous problem concerned the sliding door on the bedroom closet. It had one door, but was supposed to have two. It had jagged glass at the bottom and was a safety hazard for people with small children or pets. They gave us a discount, but when we stayed there a month earlier, it wasn't any better. The carpet was dirty and frayed in our room. Also, the strangest thing we noticed was the fact that one of the bins in the refrigerator had been glued shut. We couldn't open it when we were trying to put things in the refrigerator. It's like they're trying to run themselves out of business.

The property seems to be in good condition. What I did not like was the old carpet and bathrooms. I was very disappointed with the toilet seat in the bathroom, needs to be changed, I had to use the bathroom in the lobby

We have stayed at this property numerous times over the years, going back to when our kids were small, and the service certainly has gone way down. I booked a 1 Bedroom suite for two nights. Showed up tonight and the surly, arrogant kid at the front desk put us in a studio and tried to tell me it was an upgrade. Whatever happened to giving the guest what he reserved? And this happened a day after I noticed in the app that my reservation rate had been mistakenly tripled by someone in the office; I had to call and speak to Teresa to get that straightened out. I don't travel nearly as much as I did years ago, but I have Marriott Silver Elite status, and I expect to be treated better. We're down here for a family reunion, and we certainly don't need these types of shenanigans and incompetence. I doubt that I'll be back here, especially when I can go elsewhere, pay less and be treated better.

Nestled in Room 323, a spacious two-bedroom suite, I'm here to share the good and the not-so-good. Let's begin with the good. Despite arriving before check-in time, our request to be close to our friends was graciously accommodated by Ms. Ruth at the front desk. She not only allowed us early access to our rooms but also upgraded us to this generous 2 bedroom suite. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed us, and the staff's friendliness added to the positive vibes. The king and queen beds were blissfully comfortable, and despite the presence of baseball teams, the hotel remained pleasantly quiet. Upon checkout, Ms. Ruth said goodbye and sent us off with a warm farewell. However, there's a less pleasant side to Room 323. An overpowering smell, likely from cooking with strong spices, greeted us upon entering. Unfortunately, most of the windows were broken and couldn't be opened to alleviate the odor. Our attempts to freshen the room with an entire bottle of Febreeze air freshener proved futile, leaving us with the unpleasant scent lingering in our clothes, hair, and even our noses. This smell was not in our friends’ room nor was it in the hallways- only in our room. Additionally, one of the closet doors seemed to be off its track, making it difficult to slide. The iron didn’t work. The front of the refrigerator was visibly damaged with numerous dents. Unlike the other rooms, our "upgraded" suite featured a small loveseat and a stained chair instead of a spacious L-shaped couch. The fireplace in the living room was a nice touch, but its placement on an angled wall behind a small TV on a nightstand seemed a bit odd. The tiny TV in the bigger bedroom was placed on a wall with no way to tilt it. Great for the person sleeping on one side-not so great for the person nearer to the bathroom. Furthermore, the overall lighting in the suite was dim, creating a somewhat subdued ambiance. So, while Room 323 had its upsides, there were also some downsides that left us with mixed feelings about this so called upgrade.

I’d skip this place. The room wasn’t available/ready/cleaned at our 4:30pm arrival despite checking in on the APP and being a Marriott Platinum member. They didn’t care and offered little apology. Breakfast is below average. Not many options. And the towels are HORRIBLE! very small and old and cheap. This place felt like a Motel 6.

The Staff was Friendly. Nice Quiet Area. The Breakfast was Excellent. The only Compliant We Have Is The Rooms Need To Be Updated Very Old Carpet and one of The Vanity Drawers Fell Apart We Did Report it to the Front Desk. We Travel Quite often to the Residents inn in Chandler Az as Well That Location needs upgrades as well Their Breakfast was Not as Good as Southaven Tennessee Hopefully I Will See Some Upgrades Soon.
