"This stay was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to our butler, Stellar, whose service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout. They proactively checked our needs and were always available when we needed anything. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the concierge proactively helped us with our luggage. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities are brand new and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including many local Changsha specialties. The location is excellent, close to the Xiang River, making it super convenient to get to Wuyi Square and Orange Isle. Overall, the ambiance is grand and elegant."

"No exaggeration... this is the most hassle-free hotel near Changsha South Station! I picked this hotel randomly for a business trip to Changsha, and it turned out to be super convenient. ✅ It's very close to both the high-speed rail station and the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, which makes catching the train a breeze. ✅ The projector quality is crystal clear. My friend and I snuggled in bed watching dramas at night – it created such a great atmosphere, just like a private cinema. The whole room is smart-controlled; you can open/close curtains and adjust lighting all by voice. ✅ Full of thoughtful details – they even provided lingerie detergent and disposable face towels! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. ✅ The lobby is a multi-functional space. You can have a light meal in the morning and enjoy a drink in the evening. The public areas have a strong artistic vibe, so if you don't feel like going out, you can take some great photos right in the hotel. ✅ The service is genuinely excellent. My clothes accidentally fell onto the balcony, and the front desk handled it incredibly promptly. They quietly retrieved them in the morning and left them at the front desk for us. 👍 Overall, it offers great value for money, with attentive yet non-intrusive service. It's suitable for both leisure and business travelers and definitely worth recommending."

From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserOverall, my stay at the hotel was pretty good. The staff were all very warm and attentive. Housekeeping was prompt, and they checked in daily. The lady who delivered items was also very quick. The room itself was clean and tidy, with plenty of space. It came equipped with a hairdryer and a smart toilet. Rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of attractions and local eateries, and the nearest subway station is just a few minutes' walk away.

GGuest UserChangsha in winter has a unique charm! Yuelu Mountain is tranquil, Orange Isle is vast, and Du Fu's River Pavilion, lit up at night, adds an extra touch of poetry. A steaming bowl of street-side rice noodles is the warmest comfort on a winter day. A special thanks to Xiao Tang from the hotel; from his warm greetings to preparing hot drinks in advance, his thoughtful service was like a winter sun, making the trip warm and reassuring.

FfrimomoI came to Changsha for a stand-up comedy show, but unexpectedly had a much better-than-expected stay, which definitely deserves a thorough positive review. The hotel is located in the heart of Meixi Lake, making it incredibly convenient to hail a taxi, find food, or go shopping right outside. Getting to various places was quick and hassle-free. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by how clean and bright everything was – the floors gleamed, the bathroom fixtures sparkled, and there wasn't a hint of dampness or smoke in the air. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm; I sank into a comfortable sleep as soon as I lay down. The soundproofing was also excellent; footsteps from the hallway were almost completely filtered out, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed night's rest. The front desk staff were warm and helpful without being intrusive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and any requests I had during my stay were responded to promptly. These small touches created a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. The toiletries were of good quality, the hot water was abundant and stable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and seamless, with no lag whether I was working or relaxing. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Whether for a short stay or a quick stopover, it's incredibly satisfying. The next time I visit Changsha, this will definitely be my top choice for a return visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Changsha South Railway Station, making it super convenient for getting around. You can also reach Metro Line 4 within a few hundred meters, which is great for visiting attractions like Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, or food hotspots like Wuyi Square and Nanmenkou. The hotel's cleanliness was also excellent; I especially appreciated the separate toilet, shower, and vanity areas – very thoughtful. The breakfast selection was quite good, and I particularly enjoyed the noodles – the broth was fresh and delicious. Since I had an early train at 7 AM, the hotel even thoughtfully prepared a convenient breakfast for early departures, which was a first for me and incredibly heartwarming. The staff were also very welcoming. All in all, this stay was perfect!

We just realized how family-friendly this hotel is! The room was well-equipped and thoughtful, allowing us to rest soundly after a day of sightseeing. The lady at the front desk arranged a room with a lovely view for us; the beautiful scenery really brightened our spirits. The breakfast restaurant even had a picture book corner that our child loved. What really stood out was the hotel's shuttle and valet service – they have a dedicated express lane for transfers to and from Window of the World, which was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of hassle. The breakfast at the W was comparable to the St. Regis, with a slightly larger dining area that felt less crowded. CChanchanshuoOverall, the experience was pretty good! The hotel is easily accessible by car if you navigate directly to it. The entire Dawangshan resort area, including attractions like the Snow and Ice World, Circus, and Ocean Kingdom, are all quite close to the hotel, within a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient. The hygiene and service were standard. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome snack from Cha Yan and an additional room upgrade! The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast. The 3rd-floor all-day dining restaurant clearly felt a bit undersized. If the dining area could be further subdivided, with more four-person tables replacing the six-person ones, it might reduce the need for shared tables and improve the overall dining experience. We paid extra for the hotel's dinner buffet, and the salmon was truly unlimited, which was very generous. The complimentary foie gras and abalone were also quite good. I'd recommend trying it!
