From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

A very pleasant stay! 😊 The hotel service was excellent. A week before our arrival, a concierge called to confirm our check-in time and asked if we needed any children's amenities since we were traveling with my son. We booked a two-bedroom suite, which was fully equipped and comfortable. The kitchen had a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a large refrigerator (which was clean and odorless), and a washing machine. There were two bathrooms, not huge, but perfectly adequate. The master suite bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, and the water pressure was great and very comfortable. The hotel is relatively close to bustling areas like Wuyi Square and IFS (International Finance Square), about a twenty-minute drive. Those with good stamina could even walk. However, due to the hot weather, we mostly took taxis, which were inexpensive, usually around ten to twenty RMB to popular attractions. For Orange Isle, taxis have restrictions, so we opted for the subway. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to Furong Square Metro Station. From there, it's just 3 stops on Line 2 to Orange Isle Metro Station, and the attraction entrance is right outside, which was very convenient. During our four-day stay, the front desk staff and servers were all very welcoming, always greeting guests warmly whenever they saw them.

Stayed on the 48th floor in a super spacious Cloud City View Twin Room. The two 1.37-meter beds were wide and comfortable, perfect for friends sharing without bothering each other. Customer service called in advance regarding our arrival and responded quickly via WeChat. The room had a separate walk-in closet, making luggage storage convenient. There were plenty of bedside outlets, and the electric curtains operated smoothly. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, and the toiletries had a luxurious scent. Direct access to the mall downstairs made dining and shopping easy. Overall, a very satisfying experience!

One of the few highlights during my solo trip to Changsha, this hotel significantly alleviated my travel fatigue and frustrations. The decor was unique and distinctive, and everything was spotless. You could tell that the amenities were thoughtfully designed. The staff were also very attentive and friendly. Upon checkout, they kindly asked about my stay and even offered a small souvenir. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Yingbinlu Station, making it very convenient for getting to the airport and high-speed rail station. The hotel is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and all daily necessities are provided. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, and the breakfast hours are long, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. I'm very satisfied with your hotel, though there is one minor issue. There are four power outlets in the room, but it's very difficult to plug adapters into any of them. An elderly person would likely not be able to plug anything in. Perhaps the outlets are too old; I suggest replacing them.

The room is spacious and clean, a must-choose for a family of four. They even provide disinfectant and laundry detergent, and there are thoughtful reminder notes in the bathroom, which is really convenient. It's very close to Exit 4 of Pingyang Station on the South Station Metro Line, just a few minutes' walk away. Breakfast is also rich and delicious, and the service is excellent. They upgraded me to a 3 PM late checkout, and I could park my car for free until evening, which made it super convenient for us to explore the city center. Next time I'm in Changsha, this will definitely be my first choice! 👍👍👍

I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel's location is excellent; you can literally walk right into the subway station downstairs. Line 2 takes you directly to several famous attractions in Changsha, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby is also quite distinctive, spacious, and clean. The room itself is large with a fantastic, unobstructed view. The hotel service is great too; the front desk even offers free printing. It's excellent value for money, and I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

This hotel is an absolute gem for family trips! The location is excellent, very close to Ocean Kingdom and Ice and Snow World, and the hotel even offers shuttle services, making getting around super convenient. The facilities are new, and the room is spacious, thoughtfully equipped with a kids' tent, toys, and bunk beds. My child went wild with excitement as soon as we entered! The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are also very friendly for families with kids. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, always ready to help. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the outdoor pool was absolutely stunning. The only minor suggestion I have is for the bubble pool's opening hours to be a bit more flexible. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we'll definitely be back!

The room was spotless and very clean. Aside from the air conditioning, there was also a dehumidifier, which had been set up before I even checked in. When I opened the door, the room was already at a comfortable temperature and perfectly tidy. A special shoutout to the lady from Building 16; seeing me struggle with heavy luggage and stairs, she immediately came over to help me carry it to my room. The shuttle service was also incredibly convenient; they usually arrived within a few minutes of calling. As I was there for a concert, the shuttle was able to drop me off very close to the venue.

This summer, I brought my child to Changsha. To escape the scorching outdoor heat and the dense crowds, I carefully chose the Wanjiali International Hotel. After staying there, my biggest feeling was: this is simply a 'summer retreat' tailor-made for families like ours who are sensitive to heat and prefer not to bother with too much hassle! **Room Experience: Full of Childlike Fun, Perfect Details** We booked a parent-child themed room. Upon arrival, as there were no rooms available, the staff proactively upgraded us to a parent-child themed suite. Because we had to wait for more than 10 minutes during check-in, the staff thoughtfully prepared some fruit as an apology. The service attitude was very satisfying. The room was very spacious, with two separate areas, offering ample space. Even with a tent set up on the floor, it didn't hinder adults from walking around or opening suitcases, which the child absolutely loved. The soft furnishings of the room were very well-thought-out, with an antique design and rounded corners, so there was no need to worry about the child getting bumped. What surprised me most were the details in the bathroom: not only were special toiletries for children and a non-slip step stool provided in advance, but even small water toys for bathing were ready. It was super convenient for toddlers to wash their hands by themselves on the stool, and I, the 'old mother,' finally didn't have to hold the baby with one hand and the showerhead with the other! The best decision was choosing this place because you can 'play all day without leaving the building'! The hotel itself is a giant complex. You can go straight down to the indoor amusement park and children's products city on the 5th floor. Outside, it was 38 degrees Celsius, but inside, the temperature was constantly controlled. In the morning, we played at the indoor zoo and arcade on the 5th floor. In the afternoon, the child was tired and went straight back to the room for a nap. In the evening, we went to the food court on the basement level to eat local snacks. We didn't have to endure the scorching sun to change locations, nor did we have to wait in line for a taxi. The child had a great time, and the adults truly got to relax. Besides entertainment, the World Cultural Grand View Garden on the 11th floor is also a treasure. We took the child to explore the 680-meter 'Along the River During the Qingming Festival' ceramic art corridor and also saw the miniature model of Changsha. The child asked questions as we walked, and before we knew it, two hours had passed. It was much more vivid than learning history from textbooks and easily took care of the summer research homework. The hotel is right at the subway station (Wanjiali Square Station). You can take Line 2 directly to attractions like Juzizhou and Yuelu Mountain, making transportation extremely convenient. If you're driving, the hotel also has a super large free parking lot, so you don't have to worry about difficulty finding parking at tourist spots. Moreover, the hotel boasts 'seven-star facilities at a four-star price.' Compared to parent-child rooms around Wuyi Square that cost thousands, the value for money here is truly outstanding. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Next time I come to Changsha, I will book the Wanjiali Hotel again.
