My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨ 🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city with excellent transportation links all around. What truly impressed me was the thoughtful hospitality – upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome fruit basket and aromatic freshly ground coffee. The room even has a capsule coffee machine, so you can enjoy a delicious cup anytime you like. This kind of meticulous attention to detail really makes you feel pampered. And the professional service from the hotel staff was equally impressive; every single team member was smiling, warm, and attentive.

This was my first time in Changsha for a soccer match. I booked this hotel without hesitation because it was an officially designated hotel, and it turned out to be a fantastic surprise! It's right next to the Art Center, so the area has a really artistic vibe. Every morning and evening, I got to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There's a mall nearby, and ordering takeout was super convenient. The room was spacious, bright, comfortable, and very clean. After the games, I could always get a peaceful rest, and the bedding was really comfortable. Great value for money! Plus, they provided complimentary snacks (fruit and drinks) every day. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful with any issues. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Before checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

The service was attentive, and the butler responded promptly. The swimming pool was clean. The buffet was excellent, with high-quality, delicious food that offered great value for money. It's definitely one of the better hotel buffets. The location is convenient, especially for families with kids. Downstairs, in the courtyard of YunDa Hui, there are classic Changsha restaurants like Binghuo Xiaoguan, BPM, Fulù, and even Hema Fresh. The young lady at the front desk recommended Li San Noodle Restaurant on the first floor, which was very local and delicious, not a tourist trap. We really enjoyed the food during our stay. My kids loved the space theme, and Cherry designed a fun check-in game to win prizes, which added great interaction and helped the kids burn off some energy. Hope they add more fun activities nearby!

1. The location is very close to the station, within walking distance. 2. My room was very close to the neighboring residential area, so it was inconvenient to open the curtains. 3. The front desk staff's attitude was cold. It was pouring rain the day I arrived, and I was completely drenched. Anyone at the front desk should have been able to see how disheveled I was, but they still processed my check-in at a slow, unhurried pace. 4. This hotel also hosts banquets and events. I encountered an insurance company convention, and the elevators were packed and took a long time. There was a noisy group of elderly women. Other aspects were just average, nothing special. There are many other options at this price point, so I'll probably look elsewhere next time.

Facilities: The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The gym on the 15th floor is tiny, and half of this building isn't even part of the hotel, it's office space. Cleanliness: It's quite clean, and the housekeeping staff are very friendly. Just remember to press the 'make up room' button, otherwise, they won't come to clean. Ambiance: The location is excellent, right next to a subway station. Service: The hotel robot delivering food is a nice bonus! All the hotel staff are very warm and attentive!

Da Wang Shan Langham is the top choice for families with kids visiting Da Wang Shan! The front desk service was a pleasant surprise; they upgraded us for free to a high-floor view room during check-in. The room was incredibly spacious with amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel has excellent family-friendly facilities, including a kids' club downstairs and a heated family pool that kept the little ones entertained all day. It's also super close to Happy Snow World and the Ocean Park, making it a one-stop solution for family outings. The rooms were clean, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a very pleasant stay for the whole family.

This hotel is quite unique, with individual villa-style accommodations. The grounds are filled with lush greenery, well-maintained and with beautiful colorful flowers. The resort is expansive, making it convenient to park if you have your own car, or you can use their shuttle service. It's right next to Window of the World and the Undersea World, as well as where Hunan TV films its shows, which is quite popular. I didn't get to the gym, and the swimming pool isn't in the same building as the rooms; it's in another building. It's an indoor heated pool, which was quite pleasant, and thankfully, it wasn't too crowded when I went. The staff I encountered were all very friendly, and the front desk was patient and helpful in resolving any issues. My room was clean and tidy, and the service staff were very welcoming.

Honestly, if you're coming to Changsha for a trip or business, you can't go wrong with the Wanjiali Hotel! My friend and I came to Changsha for a vacation this time, and after comparing many hotels, we finally chose Wanjiali. The stay absolutely exceeded my expectations – it was incredibly good value for money! The location was the biggest highlight for me, super convenient! The hotel is directly connected to Metro Lines 2 and 5, so you can reach it right after exiting the station, no need to rush around in the sun or rain. If you want to visit popular attractions like Wuyi Square, Orange Isle, or IFS, it's just a ten-minute subway ride away, making getting around completely hassle-free. Downstairs is a huge shopping mall with everything you could want for food, drink, and entertainment. Bubble tea, Hunan restaurants, and snack shops are everywhere. When you're tired from shopping at night, you can just head downstairs for a meal. The whole living experience is just fantastic. The hotel's environment and service were also impeccable. The lobby is on the 26th floor, with elegant and refined decor – upscale but not ostentatious. The front desk staff, especially 257, were incredibly friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and they patiently answered all our questions. The service was truly thoughtful. I absolutely loved the room; it was incredibly spacious, not cramped at all. The cleanliness was top-notch – the floors, tables, and bathroom were spotless, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and cozy, making for a very comfortable sleep. Plus, the room's soundproofing was excellent. It was perfectly quiet at night, allowing us to get a truly restful sleep and completely relax after a long day of sightseeing. The biggest surprise was the abundance of hotel amenities! It has its own cultural grand garden, a wax museum, and an internet-famous helipad. You don't need to go out of your way to find photo spots; you can take amazing photos right at the hotel. The value for money completely beats other hotels in the same price range. The breakfast selection was also very rich, featuring authentic Changsha rice noodles, as well as a variety of Chinese and Western dishes, all tasting very authentic. Whether you're a couple, friends, or a family with children, this hotel is perfectly suited. It has a great environment, attentive service, convenient transportation, and an affordable price. Next time I come to Changsha, I will definitely choose Wanjiali again, and I sincerely recommend it to all my friends visiting Changsha!
