"Being quite sensitive to smells, I specifically requested a high-floor, odor-free room when booking. Upon arrival, the lovely front desk staff was very considerate and immediately upgraded me to an executive floor room on the 29th floor. The room was exceptionally clean, completely free of any odors, and the air was fresh – exactly what I hoped for, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially want to thank Coach Chen Jiasen, the lifeguard at the pool! My daughter accidentally dropped her ring into the pool, and I searched for ages with no luck. Coach Chen saw what happened, immediately called a colleague to cover his shift, and without hesitation, dived into the water. He quickly found the ring for us. Later, I learned from the hotel's introduction that he is a retired armed police officer, and he still embodies the true qualities of a soldier – quick to react, courageous, and he’s also kind-hearted and highly skilled! I sincerely hope the hotel recognizes Coach Chen Jiasen; such an employee deserves commendation!"

GGuest UserCame to Changsha for the May Day holiday, and because my child loves big fountains, I chose this hotel right next to the Meixi Lake Grand Fountain. You can see it as soon as you step out, which is super convenient.
The views and design are both excellent. The hotel's design has a really distinctive style; the lobby is grand yet elegant. The toiletries are from Byredo, a fragrance brand I really like.
The butler service is very responsive. The room is spacious and clean, and the gym facilities are well-equipped. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise; everything is freshly made. The rice noodles are just as good as, if not better than, those popular street food places, and they're cleaner, more hygienic, and lighter. Breakfast also included a cheese platter and freshly squeezed juices, and you can take coffee to go. Truly lives up to the Marriott brand! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

Location: The hotel is perfectly situated at the confluence of the Liuyang and Xiang Rivers, right next to Beichenhui Joy City. There's a direct walkway from the hotel lobby into the mall, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also a comfortable 5-7 minute walk to Beichen Delta Metro Station, passing other malls like Fenghuanghai along the way. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with plenty of local eateries on the ground floor shops.
Room: As a member celebrating a birthday, I was upgraded to a balcony room directly overlooking the Xiang River. The view was expansive and unobstructed. The 270° balcony essentially offered panoramic views. Unfortunately, it rained heavily in Changsha over the weekend, so visibility was poor due to heavy mist during the day, though it improved slightly in the afternoon and evening. From the lounge, you can enjoy views of the Changsha Library area, or step out onto the outdoor balcony for a different perspective.
Ambiance: The facilities are still very new. The lobby bar is spacious, and the first-floor breakfast restaurant had far more seating than I anticipated. The overall decor is very stylish. It's also very comfortable to just sit and relax in the first-floor lobby.
Food: I experienced the lounge's happy hour, breakfast, and the main lobby breakfast. They offered local specialties like liangfen (cold noodles) and rice noodles. There was a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. The Western selection had a good number of delicious baked goods. The bar was quite busy in the mornings with many people getting coffee and tea.
Service: The service was incredibly warm, meticulous, and professional. During check-in, the front desk staff introduced us to all the hotel's functional areas and features. A special thank you to Cathy for her outstanding contribution to our stay. Since we were celebrating my partner's birthday, Cathy thoughtfully arranged decorations and a welcome dessert for us. Throughout our stay, she responded to our inquiries quickly and professionally and actively addressed my previous requests. My partner described the entire stay as comfortable, surprising, and heartwarming. Once again, thank you to Cathy for her professionalism and dedication. And thanks to all the staff for their service, which made us feel right at home.
I'm very much looking forward to returning to InterContinental Beichen when the mountains are ablaze with autumn colors!

During our stay, Mia was always quick to respond to our needs, providing thorough and attentive service, even helping with our luggage and giving directions – truly going the extra mile with all the little details. Housekeeping was also very diligent; the room was always tidy and comfortable, and amenities were replenished promptly and thoughtfully. Check-out was smooth, and we even received a lovely little parting gift, which was a wonderful surprise. Overall, the service was professional yet incredibly warm, making us feel completely at home. Thankfully, 'Exotic Impressions' was fully booked when I tried to switch that day, so I booked it for the next day instead. My entire family was really happy with the change! It's so convenient for getting around, the environment is comfortable, and it's very clean. The front desk staff and even the cleaning aunties in the hallway were all wonderful. Thumbs up! 👍 Switching to Exotic Impressions was definitely the smartest decision!

MMeitubabaI booked this hotel for the Changsha Marathon as it's very close to both the start and finish lines. I realized it used to be the Changsha Wuhua Hotel (a five-star hotel I'd stayed in before). The location is excellent – it's less than 50 meters from Exit 7 of Houjiatang subway station. Check-in was quick. If you need self-service laundry, you can choose a room on the 22nd floor. You don't need a key card to activate electricity; one room card is enough. The room size is quite generous, and the amenities are decent. There's no TV, but there's a full-wall projection screen, a smart toilet, and a separate shower and toilet area. They pay attention to little details, providing a phone stand, a magnifying mirror, facial cleanser, and even perfume. While not high-end brands, it shows thoughtfulness. The bedding is okay, but I'd suggest replacing the comforter. The floor mat is good quality, but I'd recommend upgrading the shampoo, shower gel, and bath towel brands. Breakfast is extensive and delicious, and it's served until 11 AM. I had an upsetting incident where a drunk person tried to swipe into my room in the early hours. After complaining to the front desk, they responded very quickly and handled it appropriately. In particular, the female manager on duty at the front desk was genuinely warm, thoughtful, and meticulous in her service. I highly recommend commending her.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bedding ensures a peaceful sleep, and the family-friendly amenities are complete. It's also super convenient for visiting attractions like the Ocean Park and the Grand Circus. Our stay was comfortable, and we had a great time. The hygiene and facilities are great, and they offer pick-up and drop-off service with just one call! The hotel service is genuinely excellent! The breakfast is plentiful, and they have a large restaurant for lunch and dinner that's not expensive either! The hotel environment is really good, and the lobby is particularly grand. Looking out the window at night is truly amazing! You can even check out the filming location for 'Sisters Who Make Waves,' and it's not too far from Changsha South! Plus, it offers great value for money! Due to time constraints, I only stayed one day, and I really didn't want to leave. I love this hotel so much, and I love Changsha. I plan to stay here again whenever I visit Changsha in the future! High value for money! The hotel's service is the best I've ever encountered! Full five stars! This is my honest review!

AAnonymous UserStaying at Brohub in Dadi Jinshu, Kaifu District, Changsha was definitely the right choice! The sofa and dining table were spotless, the sheets were warm from the sun, and the bathroom smelled wonderful – a truly comfortable stay.
As soon as I arrived at the door with my big suitcase, a staff member rushed over to help. When I wanted to find some late-night snacks, the owner even drew me a map showing all the local favorites. The room's air conditioning was incredibly cool, the WiFi was perfect for playing King of Glory, and there were so many charging ports I couldn't use them all.
The best part was getting together for gaming and board games in the evenings. There were also daily hiking trips and hot pot parties, and quite a few handsome guys working there! Even solo travelers felt instantly at home. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Changsha, and I've already made plans with my new buddies to bring even more people next time!
