"An absolutely impressive hotel! I loved the gorgeous décor in both the room and the shared areas. The breakfast was outstanding — fresh fruit, smoked salmon, a wonderful bakery station, and even delicious Spanish specialties like ham and chorizo. From the moment you step into the hotel to the moment you enter your room, everything feels truly luxurious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!"

"The location is a bit out of the way with not many dining options nearby, but the shuttle bus to the airport is super convenient. There's a small supermarket across from the hotel that sells instant noodles, and the hotel service was pretty good too – they even helped me boil water, which was a lifesaver! Breakfast was quite rich and the bread was delicious."

Overall, it seems to be very good. This time, the photo provided by Ctrip does not match the room. The hotel's room classification is very clear and can be seen on the hotel's own website, but Ctrip's technical department generally refers to the room type photos. The deluxe room is obviously irresponsible. In response to customer service, their reply was that the technical department did not make a mistake. Can only suggest that Ctrip can not visit the hotel in person before sending a room picture, please carefully browse the hotel's website, the picture of the room is carefully classified to be responsible for the performance of the consumer... I have lived this place before. The hotel, knowing the room type, made such a comment. I hope you can see this comment. The hotel is very good, but Ctrip's service is a bit disappointing...

The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness.
Concierge service was good.
All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations.
This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests!
I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this.
While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.

GGuest UserThe SuperB room I stayed in for a week was spacious and nice, but did it have a courtyard view? Garden views should be avoided at all costs. The sound of the restaurant setting up early in the morning woke me up with a clatter and clang, and I woke up at 6 a.m., and in the evening, I slept wrong until 12 o'clock every night because of the sound of music... .It would have been perfect if it weren’t for this… I recommend changing that window to a soundproof window.
The hotel itself was nicely done.

LLilyminimiThe hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.

The lobby and public areas were first-class, while the rooms were slightly less luxurious but still acceptable. The beds were quite comfortable, and the overall facilities were relatively new. Breakfast was mainly à la carte, and the taste was pretty good. The location was excellent; most major attractions were within walking distance. Another important point: there was running water… which is rare in Europe.

With it being so quiet you could hear the street noise all night long. Like people partying and sirens off and on. It’s on a busy street so needs some kind of little noise machine to blend out the outside traffic and noise.

AAiweixuThe room was clean and relatively uncrowded (considering that most hotels in Spain have small indoor areas). The key is that the location is excellent, more than 200 meters away from Museo del Prado. It is only 500 meters away from Reina Sofia Museum, both within walking distance. On Sunday mornings, the road next to the Prado Museum is only for pedestrians, and vehicles are restricted. The tree-lined road is convenient for running. The weather in early June was about 16 degrees at 9 am, and it was not hot to go out for a run at 11 am. The front desk was very professional and well organized. There are also many delicious foods nearby. Breakfast is at the hotel. There are many kinds of buffet food, and there are churro & Tortilla de Patata. Highly recommended!
