The hotel entrance isn't well signposted. Access via email is a bit complicated. The room is spacious. The soundproofing isn't great, and there's a lot of street noise, including passersby, trash cans, and more.
Breakfast is good, but could be a little better in terms of the quantity and quality of the products. Bread, butter, juice, eggs, and more."

"We had our flight cancelled in the middle of the night, which means we couldn't get any hotels for the same day because the booking time is too late.
Even though I booked the room for the next day, the staff accepted to change it to this very same night.
The room is big, everything is great. But the mini fridge light is off and some of the furniture a bit broken."

**Location:** Situated right by Plaza de España, this hotel boasts a prime city-center location. It's an easy walk to downtown shopping areas, and the Royal Palace of Madrid is just a 10-minute stroll away. You'll also find several Chinese restaurants nearby, including a fantastic Sichuan spot called 'Hammer Sichuan Cuisine', plus convenient supermarkets.
**Room Size:** For European standards, the room was quite spacious, though it felt a bit small compared to an apartment. For three guests, one bed is a sofa bed. The room layout was well-designed, with the bathroom completely separate from the sleeping area, which was great as it meant one person could use it without disturbing the other.
**Breakfast:** The breakfast spread was quite generous, served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, we had an early flight on our last day and missed out on breakfast.
**Service:** Toiletries and disposable slippers were provided. However, for a 5-star hotel, the service left something to be desired. During our multi-night stay, toothbrushes were only replenished on the first day, and we had to ask for them subsequently. Furthermore, on three separate occasions, staff knocked on our door by mistake, attempting to deliver items to the wrong room. These issues definitely detracted from the overall experience.

GGuest UserThe SuperB room I stayed in for a week was spacious and nice, but did it have a courtyard view? Garden views should be avoided at all costs. The sound of the restaurant setting up early in the morning woke me up with a clatter and clang, and I woke up at 6 a.m., and in the evening, I slept wrong until 12 o'clock every night because of the sound of music... .It would have been perfect if it weren’t for this… I recommend changing that window to a soundproof window.
The hotel itself was nicely done.

OOliver_Peng❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️
😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day.
😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking.
🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.

SSharon_OnTheRoadI have stayed in many NH hotels in Europe, and this one is the best one so far. First of all, I like the layout of the lobby very much. Because there is a bar, it is very convenient. Secondly, the layout of the room is very reasonable and comfortable, and the breakfast is great. The only drawback is that I live on the 10th floor, the water pressure is too low, and the water pressure in the shower is too small.

RRamil’I loved everything about my stay. There's a communal dining area with sofas, and a terrace on the 6th floor with city views. Two elevators were available. The bed was comfortable, and the mattress was excellent and firm. You can purchase a lock for your locker and rent a towel. Breakfast included free coffee and churros, and they offer 4 types of tea. There's also a communal fridge for food storage. We had a really pleasant chat with Daniel and Angela from the staff. I will definitely return here.

GGuest UserThis is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters!
I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!
