"We had our flight cancelled in the middle of the night, which means we couldn't get any hotels for the same day because the booking time is too late.
Even though I booked the room for the next day, the staff accepted to change it to this very same night.
The room is big, everything is great. But the mini fridge light is off and some of the furniture a bit broken."

HHotelfenxiangjiaWe stayed for several consecutive nights at this 5-star hotel.
**Location:** Situated right by Plaza de España, this hotel boasts a prime city-center location. It's an easy walk to downtown shopping areas, and the Royal Palace of Madrid is just a 10-minute stroll away. You'll also find several Chinese restaurants nearby, including a fantastic Sichuan spot called 'Hammer Sichuan Cuisine', plus convenient supermarkets.
**Room Size:** For European standards, the room was quite spacious, though it felt a bit small compared to an apartment. For three guests, one bed is a sofa bed. The room layout was well-designed, with the bathroom completely separate from the sleeping area, which was great as it meant one person could use it without disturbing the other.
**Breakfast:** The breakfast spread was quite generous, served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, we had an early flight on our last day and missed out on breakfast.
**Service:** Toiletries and disposable slippers were provided. However, for a 5-star hotel, the service left something to be desired. During our multi-night stay, toothbrushes were only replenished on the first day, and we had to ask for them subsequently. Furthermore, on three separate occasions, staff knocked on our door by mistake, attempting to deliver items to the wrong room. These issues definitely detracted from the overall experience.

GGuest UserThe SuperB room I stayed in for a week was spacious and nice, but did it have a courtyard view? Garden views should be avoided at all costs. The sound of the restaurant setting up early in the morning woke me up with a clatter and clang, and I woke up at 6 a.m., and in the evening, I slept wrong until 12 o'clock every night because of the sound of music... .It would have been perfect if it weren’t for this… I recommend changing that window to a soundproof window.
The hotel itself was nicely done.

OOliver_Peng❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️
😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day.
😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking.
🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.

LLilyminimiThe hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Overall, it seems to be very good. This time, the photo provided by Ctrip does not match the room. The hotel's room classification is very clear and can be seen on the hotel's own website, but Ctrip's technical department generally refers to the room type photos. The deluxe room is obviously irresponsible. In response to customer service, their reply was that the technical department did not make a mistake. Can only suggest that Ctrip can not visit the hotel in person before sending a room picture, please carefully browse the hotel's website, the picture of the room is carefully classified to be responsible for the performance of the consumer... I have lived this place before. The hotel, knowing the room type, made such a comment. I hope you can see this comment. The hotel is very good, but Ctrip's service is a bit disappointing...

GGuest UserThis is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters!
I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!
