GGuest UserThis stay experience exceeded expectations! From the beginning of the door, I felt the enthusiasm of the staff. The front desk was very efficient and gave the surrounding play guide intimately. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was particularly stable. The details of the bathroom are well done, and the quality of toiletries is also online. The breakfast is rich in variety, the taste is delicious, and the overall environment is quiet and warm. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose

GGuest UserThis hotel is really beyond expectations! Stayed for a few days in a row, the location is super convenient, cost-effective, the room is very quiet and soundproof. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable enough to sleep until dawn. The service staff is warm and thoughtful and responsive. The overall price is super high, I will choose here next time!

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.

This hotel is well-equipped and perfect for a motorcycle trip. The owner is incredibly welcoming! It has a huge parking lot, and the rooms have an oxygen supply system, hot water, and heating – it got so warm in the middle of the night I had to take off my shirt! I couldn't continue my journey due to altitude sickness, and the owner helped me with so many things, from bringing me water to helping arrange transport for my motorcycle. I'm truly grateful 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I heard the road will be fixed by the end of the year, so I'll bring my family to experience the beauty of the Qinghai-Tibet line then.
