GGuest UserCome to Golmud to travel, stay at the eLong Hotel to experience full marks! The location of the hotel is excellent, just in the city center, facing Kunlun Park, the scenery outside the window is superb, and it is especially convenient to eat and drink around.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and fast, there are questions and answers, and the local play guide is intimate. The room was a surprise, and the facilities were brand new and complete. The decoration is modern and elegant, the environment is clean and elegant, warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft, the sound insulation effect is good, there is a humidifier in the dry Golmud, and the details are full. 24-hour hot water, small refrigerator, disinfection cabinet, everything, and the living is particularly safe.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even offered to help with my luggage. The room was clean and tidy, and they have a smart robot that delivers takeout. The hotel itself is very new and high-tech, and it even has a washer-dryer combo, which is a great touch. The breakfast was delicious, especially the noodles, though they could be a bit chewier – something to improve on. Everything else was really good. The service was excellent; they were very prompt in providing extra blankets and hangers. I would definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is particularly good, very close to the test center, within walking distance, saving the traffic trouble, so that I can focus more on the exam. The room was quiet and tidy, the sound insulation was very good, and the rest was very practical at night, and there was no external interference at all. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning temperature was suitable, which made me fully relaxed before the exam. The staff service is also very intimate, knowing that I am coming to the exam, specially reminded me of the breakfast time and arranged a wake-up service for me, very warm heart. The breakfast is rich in variety and the nutrition is reasonable, providing sufficient energy for the exam. In short, this hotel provides great convenience for my exam, highly recommended to other candidates, I will definitely choose here next time I have the opportunity!
