Very satisfied with the stay! The room facilities are complete, the sanitation is very clean, and there are no stains and debris. The service staff in the store is very good and can help in time if necessary. The most surprising thing is the gym, there are a lot of fitness equipment, all aerobic strength equipment, you can exercise well without going out, the overall experience is full, it is worth coming again!

The hotel itself is an attraction, blending seamlessly with the surrounding Yardang landforms and adorned with salt lakes and numerous family-friendly facilities. A special shout-out goes to the hotel's butler service for their thorough, comprehensive, patient, and polite explanations, and the breakfast, which far exceeded expectations! Overall, highly recommended!

Facilities: Excellent! The room was fully equipped, with air conditioning and a humidifier. Cleanliness: Good, clean and hygienic. Environment: Very close to the pedestrian street (5-minute walk), great location! Service: The front desk staff and other staff were very friendly! Airport shuttle service: Punctual and convenient, excellent! The lamb skewers downstairs were also delicious and reasonably priced. A small suggestion: the oxygen device in the room makes a ”popping” sound when it starts and stops at night, which slightly affects sleep. It would be helpful to turn it down a bit to prevent it from stopping. Overall, an excellent experience, definitely worth checking out! 👍

With a four-star hotel to check in, such a big hotel counter has a female service staff who looks fake. The building I booked is Building 4, she said Building 4, there is one, went to see the room is the nearest to the lobby and is dark on the first floor. We had to agree to change to the third floor of Building 3. But Building 3 is very old, there are traces of just decoration, the fourth floor can hear strange noises on the third floor with toilet water, which makes me sleepless all night. The most uncomfortable thing in my heart was that when I passed by the first floor, the waitress was just answering the phone and saying, ”I have reserved my room for you”, so I can hear that she kept the good room for the caller, not for our first customers.  In such a backward place, a small standard room for 340 yuan a night, I think it is expensive enough, so I hope to have fair treatment for each customer, and this building can make this city develop civilizedly.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yang, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and fresh with no unpleasant odors, and the bathroom was immaculate, even in the corners.
