GGuest UserCome to Golmud to travel, stay at the eLong Hotel to experience full marks! The location of the hotel is excellent, just in the city center, facing Kunlun Park, the scenery outside the window is superb, and it is especially convenient to eat and drink around.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and fast, there are questions and answers, and the local play guide is intimate. The room was a surprise, and the facilities were brand new and complete. The decoration is modern and elegant, the environment is clean and elegant, warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft, the sound insulation effect is good, there is a humidifier in the dry Golmud, and the details are full. 24-hour hot water, small refrigerator, disinfection cabinet, everything, and the living is particularly safe.
Whether it is hardware or service, it is impeccable, highly recommended! Stay here next time you come to Golmud!

AAnonymous UserWith a four-star hotel to check in, such a big hotel counter has a female service staff who looks fake. The building I booked is Building 4, she said Building 4, there is one, went to see the room is the nearest to the lobby and is dark on the first floor. We had to agree to change to the third floor of Building 3. But Building 3 is very old, there are traces of just decoration, the fourth floor can hear strange noises on the third floor with toilet water, which makes me sleepless all night. The most uncomfortable thing in my heart was that when I passed by the first floor, the waitress was just answering the phone and saying, ”I have reserved my room for you”, so I can hear that she kept the good room for the caller, not for our first customers.  In such a backward place, a small standard room for 340 yuan a night, I think it is expensive enough, so I hope to have fair treatment for each customer, and this building can make this city develop civilizedly.

The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the pillows are divided into soft and hard models, which is particularly friendly to the people on business trips.
