MM32665****I have lived in too many hotels in the north and south, and this hotel really surprised me. In terms of facilities, diffuse oxygen supply and humidifiers greatly relieved physical discomfort. What touched me most was the warm service of all the staff of the hotel. Just arrived at the hotel entrance, the staff took the initiative to help with the luggage. The receptionist warmly and quickly handled the room card and upgraded the room for free. When I entered the room, there was a staff member to greet me. I casually said that my head was a bit uncomfortable, and I immediately brought Rhodiola Oral Liquid! The free supper provided was declined because I wanted to go out to eat, and then I quickly took a special snack! I said that yogurt is so delicious, and I immediately have to send 🤣 to check out the next morning. What surprised me was that the staff sent me four boxes of yogurt and a box of wolfberry! ! ! This treatment has not been encountered in many five-star hotels in the mainland! The first time I came to Golmud, although it was a few cold days, the enthusiasm of the hotel staff made us feel warm, thank you! Thank you for the enthusiastic Golmud people! The spring blossoms in the coming year, we will meet again!

GGuest UserAs a frequent business traveler, this hotel experience was absolutely fantastic! First of all, the location is amazing, very close to the train station, just a few minutes by taxi, saving a lot of time. Check-in was incredibly fast, with minimal waiting time. The front desk staff were professional and polite, proactively introducing the hotel's facilities and services. The room layout was very practical, and the high-speed Wi-Fi remained consistent throughout, making file transfers and video conferences incredibly smooth. The soundproofing was also superb; with the door closed, I couldn't hear a thing in the hallway, allowing for a quiet night's rest. The hygiene standards were exceptionally high; the sheets and duvet covers were all freshly changed, and the toiletries in the bathroom were all brand-name, giving me peace of mind. The hotel's self-service laundry room and gym were also very useful; I could wash my clothes promptly after a few days of business travel, and even squeeze in a workout in the morning. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was nutritionally balanced, leaving me feeling refreshed and ready for work. Check-out was quick and easy; the staff proactively inquired about my stay, which was very thoughtful. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for future business trips to this city!

CCuikexueThe hotel highlights the temperament and taste of the owner, and pays attention to quality and service, with good intentions. Two movie tickets were given when checking in, the breakfast was tasteful, and parking was convenient. Unfortunately, the hot water was not hot and the water output was too small. The guests staying in this hotel are generally big shots who travel along the Qinghai-Tibet line, and they need hot water to wash and relieve fatigue. This is a management loophole and shortcoming of the hotel!

GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.

GGuest UserIt's a half-hour drive from the Cerhan Salt Lake to Golmud City. This hotel is easy to find right on the national highway, with convenient parking and nearby food options.
The hotel is new and very clean, with no odors. The owner is incredibly kind!

The room facilities are complete and equipped with sufficient hot and cold water. The wireless WiFi connection is smooth and fast. The parking lot is spacious and there are sufficient parking spaces. The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. Free tea, book bar, and freshly ground coffee are provided at the front desk. Ear-mounted coffee ☕, high quality of guests, quiet night’s rest, all in all, this is a very cost-effective hotel 👏

MMR.zihao酒店和其他附近商鋪共用停車場，但是好在這家酒店會自己用錐桶佔位，外加價格便宜，這是優點。但是接下來要説一下他的缺點:首先我猜測他其實是已經結束合作的城市便捷酒店，所以把名字改成“成市”，失去了統一的品控這就導致了例如窗户變形、衞生較差的問題，另外洗衣房其實形同擺設，因為一台洗衣機裏殘留着半桶腐臭的酸水，另一台門打不開，放洗衣液的凹槽內散發著陣陣惡臭，但是五一假期該酒店並沒有漲價，這是很良心的行為。所以我並沒有給很低的評分，如果大家對以上情況要求不高還是可以嘗試的
