AAnonymous UserStaying in Golmud during my Northwest Grand Loop road trip, I decided to try this hotel based on the positive reviews. And it definitely lived up to the hype! The room was brand new, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. They even offered valet parking and luggage assistance straight to my room, where they explained the facilities and local dining spots. The room itself was well-equipped with a humidifier, oxygen diffuser, and water purifier. Breakfast was also great. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel, I definitely made the right choice!

GGuest UserThis outdoor hotel that I stumbled upon on this trip really exceeded expectations! I have lived in too many uniform city hotels. This camp hidden in nature, with both a futuristic space capsule and a wild luxury tent, is simply a holiday ceiling. It is worth it from check-in to departure!
The capsule looks like the interstellar base in a science fiction film from a distance. The silver and white streamlined cabins are scattered in the beach, and the snow-capped mountains, blue sky and white clouds can be seen in the distance. The moment you push the hatch is even more amazing! I thought the space would be cramped, but the interior was spacious and exquisite. 2 panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows + automatic skylights are too worth it! During the day, you can have a panoramic view of the blue sky and white clouds on the roof while lying on the bed. The sun shines in unobstructed. The whole cabin is bright and warm; At night, open the skylight with one click, pull up the blackout curtain, and lie on the bed to face the starry river. It is clearly visible, and the stars are as close as if they can reach out. This kind of romance of ”liking and looking at the stars” is a cure that will never be experienced in the city. The facilities in the cabin are even more intimate, not losing to other city hotels! The comfortable big bed is equipped with zero pressure soft bedding. I don’t want to get up when I lie down. I sleep well until dawn. Separate bathroom dry and wet separation, 24 hours hot water, toiletries, hair dryer are all available, no longer have to experience the inconvenience of traditional camping. Electric mosquito coils and humidifiers are also equipped, the details are full, the sense of technology and comfort are perfectly balanced, living here is not only like exploring in space, but also as comfortable and comfortable as at home. Especially good housekeeper helped us upgrade the room type.

The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was impeccably clean, and the 24-hour hot water supply was reliable. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, showing the hotel's attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip! I was very angry because the misunderstanding took a long time to deal with it, so I went down and yelled at them. They patiently explained to me. Later, I checked the surveillance and found that it was not the hotel's problem, and it was taken away by other takeaway drivers. I like the hotel manager and the front desk! ! !

GGuest UserOverall, this hotel is excellent. To find such a good hotel in the Yardang area is a feat in itself. The butler team's service was especially attentive. They proactively added us on WeChat to send menus and directions, which was a nice personal touch. Upon arrival, the butler escorted us to our room and showed us all the facilities. The entire service was warm and thoughtful. We also had dinner there, and the food was very good. The only surprise was that the breakfast restaurant didn't have a coffee machine. I'm used to having coffee first thing in the morning. While I could go outside the park from the breakfast area to buy coffee, it wasn't very convenient. I really think adding two coffee machines to the breakfast restaurant wouldn't hurt the park's coffee sales. I hope they consider this improvement.

AAnonymous UserThe rooms were nice, and I understand that the elevator is shared with other businesses, but there were always people smoking inside. The breakfast was okay, but I suspect it's free. I was traveling with a child who is 1 meter tall, and you charged me. When I called to inquire, you told me I had to order breakfast for the room type you specified in order to accommodate a child. When I went for breakfast the next day, no one asked for breakfast vouchers or anything; everyone just went in, ate, and left. Finally, and most importantly, don't you check guests' ID information during check-in? Don't you log into the public security system? After check-in, you called to ask if I was from Xinjiang and if I belonged to a minority group, saying I had to register. Isn't this ethnic discrimination? Although I'm not from a minority group, shouldn't this be done during check-in? What's the point of calling back later?
