GGuest UserThe experience of staying on this business trip was excellent. The hotel is decorated in a modern atmosphere, the facilities are very new and well maintained. The sound insulation is good and the rest is very quiet at night. The staff is well-trained and the problem solving is efficient. The meeting room is well equipped and the business meeting is smooth. The surrounding environment is safe and convenient, and the restaurant tastes authentic. The drive from the airport is reasonable and the pick-up and drop-off service is on time. It is a quality choice for business accommodation in Golmud.

The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for transportation. Furthermore, the lobby manager's service was very thoughtful. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was impeccably clean, and the 24-hour hot water supply was reliable. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, showing the hotel's attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip! All facilities were in perfect working order, and the night was very quiet; I had a good night's sleep. This was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel is luxurious and atmospheric. The younger brother and sister at the front desk are very enthusiastic. They also upgraded the room for free. The room is very spacious and clean. It is rare to have air conditioning. This is rare in the plateau area. It is very convenient to eat and shop around, the hotel breakfast is also very rich, and the vitality of eating early in the morning is full.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a little out of place to be honest. It’s very close to 水上雅丹 but this attraction is not open to foreigners. This hotel has 司机房 for free (for those who has a driver).
However, my family and I never NEVER regret staying at this hotel even though the driver mention that it’s out of place and he has to go longer way to Dunhuang.
The sky was clear and we were able to see stars (really a lot of stars) and also sunrise and sunset.
One thing to share would be HAHA
We are a family of 4. Only the first person who showered has hot water. The rest of us showered in cold water. There is a signage saying that the hot water will come again 20 mins after the first person showered but the hot water didn’t come.
However, it’s not a big factor and we totally understand because it’s in a middle of desert!! We are luckily to even have water to shower in the first place. Our driver shared with us that this area doesn’t have water pipes so we are really luckily that this hotel does supply water.

GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.

The room facilities are complete and equipped with sufficient hot and cold water. The wireless WiFi connection is smooth and fast. The parking lot is spacious and there are sufficient parking spaces. The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. Free tea, book bar, and freshly ground coffee are provided at the front desk. Ear-mounted coffee ☕, high quality of guests, quiet night’s rest, all in all, this is a very cost-effective hotel 👏

GGuest UserBecause of a tight schedule, I booked this hotel in advance. There's parking available, and banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. With the recent temperature rise, nights without air conditioning were unbearable. I booked an oxygen room, but was assigned to the top floor (6th floor). With the afternoon sun and being on the top floor, entering the room felt like having a heater or a small electric heater on. The front desk added a fan, and even with the window open and two fans blowing, it wasn't cool at all. It felt like sleeping on a heated kang bed all night. The next day, I promptly moved to a room on the second floor. The room temperature was lower, but the oxygen room they gave me was replaced with one without oxygen, without prior notice. Since I was too tired and returned late, I didn't bother changing it. However, I had already paid for the room in advance on Ctrip, so I couldn't apply for a refund. Also, the hotel restaurant was extremely small. Everyone was rushing to their schedules early, and breakfast only opened at 7 am, resulting in everyone standing and crammed together to eat, which was a very unpleasant experience. I recommend checking the weather and your itinerary in advance and choosing carefully. Because I was in a rush, I didn't have time to take photos of the hotel; this is just my personal experience for reference.
