Golmud Hotels with Breakfast

On June 28, 2026, at 7:00 AM, after a high-speed train and a slower 'green-skin' train journey, we finally arrived at the Golmud Huanghe International Hotel. The friendly front desk lady warmly welcomed us and quickly processed our check-in. She even thoughtfully gave us two breakfast vouchers and advised us to rest well at the hotel after eating to acclimatize to the high altitude, rather than engaging in strenuous activities right away. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It also has its own parking lot, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. The guest rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic, and the housekeeping staff diligently cleaned them every day. The hotel breakfast was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as ******* tsampa and milk tea. The freshly prepared beef noodles were particularly good. They delivered complimentary fruit and snacks every day. On two occasions when we left early for a day tour, they even prepared packed lunches for us. The lobby manager, Xiaofang, was incredibly kind. She gave us a discount when we extended our stay and even added us on WeChat, checking in daily to see how we (being seniors in our sixties) were adapting to the high altitude. The Golmud Huanghe International Hotel truly felt like a warm and considerate temporary home for us in the highlands. We are very grateful for the efforts of every staff member at the hotel. Our trip to the Northwest highlands was delightful, and none of our initial worries materialized; we completed our high-altitude itinerary smoothly. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you visit Golmud. Five-star rating!

Although our stay was short, this was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our Qinghai-Gansu trip. First, let's talk about the service. On the evening of July 7th, when we checked in, there was a dedicated security guard who helped guide us and park our car. Upon entering, the hotel staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to assist us with check-in. There were also staff members dedicated to helping us with our luggage and delivering it to our room. The next morning at breakfast, the chefs greeted every guest warmly, and the breakfast was delicious! Facilities: The entire room had oxygen supply and a humidifier. Highly recommended!

Come to Golmud to travel, stay at the eLong Hotel to experience full marks! The location of the hotel is excellent, just in the city center, facing Kunlun Park, the scenery outside the window is superb, and it is especially convenient to eat and drink around. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and fast, there are questions and answers, and the local play guide is intimate. The room was a surprise, and the facilities were brand new and complete. The decoration is modern and elegant, the environment is clean and elegant, warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft, the sound insulation effect is good, there is a humidifier in the dry Golmud, and the details are full. 24-hour hot water, small refrigerator, disinfection cabinet, everything, and the living is particularly safe. Environment: Very close to the pedestrian street (5-minute walk), great location! Service: The front desk staff and other staff were very friendly! Airport shuttle service: Punctual and convenient, excellent! The lamb skewers downstairs were also delicious and reasonably priced. A small suggestion: the oxygen device in the room makes a ”popping” sound when it starts and stops at night, which slightly affects sleep. It would be helpful to turn it down a bit to prevent it from stopping. Overall, an excellent experience, definitely worth checking out! 👍

We came here for tourism. We saw good reviews online and chose this hotel. However, we were very surprised when we checked in. The hotel facilities are complete. As soon as we walked in, we felt clean. The front desk was friendly. The location is also very good. The environment is also very good. The lighting is good. The room has sunshine all day long. It is very good.

The hotel environment and decoration are very nice, and the breakfast variety is also diverse. I stayed for another day. Tonight, there was some misunderstanding in front of the takeaway. I was very angry because the misunderstanding took a long time to deal with it, so I went down and yelled at them. They patiently explained to me. Later, I checked the surveillance and found that it was not the hotel's problem, and it was taken away by other takeaway drivers. I like the hotel manager and the front desk! ! !

The hygiene was top-notch; there wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, and the room was well-ventilated with a comfortable temperature. The soundproofing was fantastic, making for a truly quiet night's rest. The facilities were excellent, with soft, pleasant lighting. The staff were responsive and friendly. This hotel offers much better value for money than others in its price range, and I would genuinely recommend it and definitely return.

This outdoor hotel that I stumbled upon on this trip really exceeded expectations! I have lived in too many uniform city hotels. This camp hidden in nature, with both a futuristic space capsule and a wild luxury tent, is simply a holiday ceiling. It is worth it from check-in to departure! The capsule looks like the interstellar base in a science fiction film from a distance. The silver and white streamlined cabins are scattered in the beach, and the snow-capped mountains, blue sky and white clouds can be seen in the distance. The moment you push the hatch is even more amazing! I thought the space would be cramped, but the interior was spacious and exquisite. 2 panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows + automatic skylights are too worth it! During the day, you can have a panoramic view of the blue sky and white clouds on the roof while lying on the bed. The sun shines in unobstructed. The whole cabin is bright and warm; At night, open the skylight with one click, pull up the blackout curtain, and lie on the bed to face the starry river. It is clearly visible, and the stars are as close as if they can reach out. This kind of romance of ”liking and looking at the stars” is a cure that will never be experienced in the city. The facilities in the cabin are even more intimate, not losing to other city hotels! The comfortable big bed is equipped with zero pressure soft bedding. I don’t want to get up when I lie down. I sleep well until dawn. Separate bathroom dry and wet separation, 24 hours hot water, toiletries, hair dryer are all available, no longer have to experience the inconvenience of traditional camping. Electric mosquito coils and humidifiers are also equipped, the details are full, the sense of technology and comfort are perfectly balanced, living here is not only like exploring in space, but also as comfortable and comfortable as at home. Especially good housekeeper helped us upgrade the room type.

The owner was very nice and provided excellent service. They even upgraded my room since there was a vacancy. The hotel is very close to Golmud Station, right across the street. There's a supermarket downstairs, and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room was large and comfortable for me, and it felt quite safe. I'd love to come back to Golmud again; it's a city I really like!
