"The sanitation, facilities and environment are all good. The service is OK, but there is no transportation to leave the hotel. I called the driver inside and agreed to 20 bob, but he charged another 20 bob, not RMB. (I gave bob change in USD, and it has not been delivered to the destination. Forget it. We are friendly countries. I will pay attention next time."

"Wonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over."

"I only had two days in Sarajevo, so I specially booked a hotel in the old town. The location was extremely convenient and the hotel was well maintained. Breakfast was very good.
But I don’t know why when our friend traveled, the hotel arranged a king bed and emphasized that this was the booking!
After contacting Ctrip, I was transferred to a twin room the next day, but the room was even smaller.
It’s really not worth the price! A room worth nearly a thousand dollars. Ctrip later refunded us 188 yuan. Choose carefully!"

There is no stairs, and it is heavy to carry luggage on the second floor.
There is a parking lot outside, but there are many cars (the whole old city has a lot of cars, the lane is very narrow, and the speed of individual cars is very fast). If you grab a parking space, 10 euros a night.
The hotel lobby has free coffee, fruit, snacks, very warm.
The waiter was very good.

The breakfast is too good for my wife, I choose my own six packages, exquisite and rich.
The little brothers at the bar are so hard, and they have to take into account the guests who order meals and the guests who come to stay at the same time.
There is no hotel sign on the facade of the building, we have been looking for two and asked for two.
The shower flow is a bit small. No TV, no air conditioning. No bottled water.
