For an all inclusive the service was lackluster. The people were not happy to help you so you felt like a problem when asking for something. Too many problems to list. The manager tried to make it right but the experience was ruined during valentines day. This was just my experience so yours may be better but I can say there are better options available.

In addition, I must extend a special thanks to the manager, Keneve, whose exceptional service and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. During our stay, Amara-Shan, Shavea and Keneve went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and satisfied. Their efforts resulted in us getting upgraded to another room, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Their warm and welcoming demeanor truly made our stay enjoyable. Moreover, I must commend Keneve for the extraordinary effort he put into making our daughter's birthday celebration truly magical. Her thoughtful gesture of arranging an amazing beach cabana for the celebration was a testament to his commitment to guest satisfaction. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Natanya for her exceptional kindness and Chef Keddieja for her culinary expertise during our stay. It is because of the remarkable service provided by your staff, we will be back. Their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that we had a truly outstanding experience. We sincerely appreciate their efforts and look forward to returning to your hotel. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Water temp in shower. Would burn you then go cold could not get consistent temperature. A lot of items broken not repaired. No ice. Went to all 5 floors no ice machine worked.

I wanted more authentic Jamaican cuisine, they had the dishes but not the authentic taste. Either too salty or bland. Was disappointed in lack of authentic flavors. Even the fruits served weren't like what you pick off tree in country but just what you get at supermarket. Some of the buildings outside needed repair or painting. Wish there were charging stations located through out property where we could charge our phone/tablet when out of room. The staff were friendly, nice and kind, that was appreciated. It's a lovely property/location and I did enjoy my stay there. I already miss the sound of the ocean surf.

Celebrated my wife’s birthday here and we had a great time. Everything was perfect. The staff was extremely nice. The only negative comment would be that the entertainment wasn’t the best but it was good enough for me. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very courteous staff, Resturant’s are not crowded, pools are well kept and property is clean and well kept. Only the building and rooms are dated.

This resort is amazing! They offer pick up from the airport to the resort. Property is beautiful and there is a lot to do. Food and drinks were great too

Amazing amazing overall experience. Just for the experience alone I will book my next vacation at this hotel next year. Hospitality, staff, food everything was amazing. Very very accommodating

I wish there were more entertainment options on site. It wasnt lively, didnt really get the feel that I was in Jamaica, coming from a jamaican background. The site was very clean, pools and hotel in general were pretty and the staff were pleasant but I do wish there were more shows/things to do during the day that were lively. I had to leave the resort to have fun.
