"Bed was terrible, no room phone, no coffee or tea service. But I asume due to its cheap preis, they cudn't provide other amenities. Location is good."

"When there is a Steigenberger hotel in my destination it is a no-brainer decision, I just book it. Excellent value for money. High-quality service and very well maintained facilities. The breakfast is fantastic. This time I booked a suite. I love this hotel chain."

"This hotel is located in the Mercedes-Benz Center, next to the Porsche Stadium. It takes five minutes to walk to the Mercedes-Benz Museum. There is also a tram museum nearby. It is estimated to take ten minutes to drive. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the Porsche Museum. It takes about an hour to walk 4.5 kilometers to the city center."

"The room is clean and up to Hilton's standard, including the breakfast line. The location is superb as the U-Bahn train station is right at the back of the hotel, less than 1 minute walk. However I do not recommend this hotel if you are driving from cities to cities, the parking space is ”very limited” at the hotel (less than 15 spots). And you couldnt make a reservation for those parking spots. You would need to park at the nearby Garage which is about 900-1000m away (10 mins walk). The parking cost is slightly higher from the one's underneath the hotel."

"Although the hotel is a bit old and doesn't feel very good, the staff's attention, location, cleanliness, and the wonderful breakfast were above standards. There is a private parking lot with an elevator one street away. 15€ per day."

"Reception person was nice enough. Spoke to the ”Chef” a day or so prior to check-in - requested and was given a front facing, lower floor room. Upon check-in given a 3rd room floor with NO couch (where the couch should be) and no chair. Back to reception; given a 5th floor room with SAME result; back to reception. Given a 6th floor room which at least had a chair where the couch should have been - I'll stay here buuuuut mini fridge inop as was the Thermostat. Bathroom water pressure was dismal with no condiments; good I always bring my own. BTW exiting the elevator on the 6th floor: lights were out in the hallway and as I always check the stairway, also dark, told reception who called maintenance who solved the problem."

"Arrived in the afternoon, not in the front desk staff service time period, but you can check in directly by self-service machine, it is very convenient, the price is very fair. I met the boss the next morning, and the boss was very nice. He said that the toilet was separate. I was sorry, and I sent breakfast for free."

"The hotel is small, the elevator is relatively small, old, and can't go up to the top floor. The single room on the top floor is the same as the attic, and they will meet accidentally. The boss is better, and later changed the room."

"El proceso de check-in fue muy sencillo, si se hace con anterioridad, a la llegada al hote solo hay que introducir el codigo PIN a la entrada y en la maquina que hay en el vestibulo, escanear nuestro codigo QR, poner una tarjeta sobre el lector y generar la tarjeta de acceso. Las instalaciones son modernas y bien cuidadas. El hotel se encuentra a 3 minutos de la estacion de tren y de metro, desde la que se llega al centro en menos de 10 minutos. Mi habitacion era sencilla, pero amplia, al igual que el bano. Todo fue genial."
