The rooms were excellent, clean and well appointed and also very comfortable so once we were in there were no complaints however: 1 - The rooms weren't ready at 4pm and we needed to check in and get back out again to go to the Taylor Swift concert which led to a delay. The remote receptionist did call us back and get one room ready for us to enable us to change which was appreciated. The second room wasn't ready until after 6pm 2 - The digital key system didn't work for us, we were able to speak to remote reception to get key cards validated without any problems but it would have been nice if this service had worked

quite ok room. not many parking spaces, so you arrive late to find a place. getting into the hotel with a room key was not easy.

The apar**ent hotel was clean and tidy. There is no staff on site, but it works well. What I couldn't get working or find was the laundry room.

The room is nice, but the reception has closed after 7 pm. After that you only get access to the room through an app. The whole process of registering, downloading the app, etc. takes quite a long time. Unnecessarily tricky. Rather a more old-fashioned system with a key box or similar. Furthermore, the key card was missing from the room, so I had to use the app all the time. If you forget your mobile phone in the room, in other words, it's over.
If you don't have a car, the situation is tricky. There is only one bus line and if you want to get to KTH, for example, you have to count on two changes.
The room as such was fine. Not worth the 1,600 kroner I paid for it, but there were few available rooms in Stockholm that night.
