Very satisfied. I will stay in this hotel every time I come to Suzhou. It has a superior location at Moonlight Pier. Eslite Bookstore is also nearby. Strolling along the Jinji Lake in the early morning and evening will give you a different feeling. The hotel facilities are relatively new and clean. There are capsule coffee, milk and other drinks in the room. The attitude and efficiency of the hotel service staff are very commendable 👍 Especially Vivi helped me find the thermos cup I forgot at the front desk and took the initiative to contact me to send it back, which touched me very much.

In order to watch "Jiang Gong's Face" at Suzhou Culture and Art Center, I chose this hotel by Jinji Lake. The advantage of the hotel is that it is very close to the art center, and the walking time is no more than 5 minutes. Overall experience: The hotel is very new and highly intelligent, suitable for young people to travel.

During the May Day holiday, I went to Suzhou with my mother. The main reason for choosing this hotel is that [location] is located by Jinji Lake, next to the Moonlight Pier (you can take a boat to Jinji Lake or experience the water bus); [Transportation] Close to Metro Line 1 Cultural Expo Center Station Exit 2, just across the road. It's only one stop to "Oriental Gate". It's very convenient to transfer to "Suzhou Station or Suzhou North Station". [Surrounding environment] Next to it is the Life Plaza, with restaurants and bars. It's very pleasant to take a walk by the lake in the morning and evening. It's not far from Eslite Bookstore and Ferris Wheel, but it's a pity that the Ferris Wheel is under repair and is not open. The hotel focuses on "intelligence", voice control facilities, such as opening and closing room curtains, lighting control, etc. There is also a small robot in the lobby that delivers takeout to hotel guests. On the first day of check-in, we took the elevator together, and he proudly told us to perform "pressing the floor in the air" 😅. The front desk staff are very good and patient. By the way, you can also directly order a boat ticket to Jinji Lake. [Breakfast] There are a wide variety of dishes, both Chinese and Western. My mother felt very comfortable eating. There are many people during the holidays, so we have to go earlier. There are basically not many people around 8:30. Although they will make up, there are few waiters and it is a bit busy. The hotel's restaurant is a vegetarian restaurant. I didn't arrange it on the last day because I was catching a train. I tried it with my mother at noon before leaving. The person in charge of the restaurant was very polite and patiently introduced the dishes. In the end, he explained and settled the meal for us very seriously. Very, very nice people. Vegetarians mainly ordered mushroom dishes. The taste was delicious. The rice was very fragrant. My mother said that they treated customers seriously and respectfully, which was impressive. [Room facilities] Spacious, equipped with a capsule coffee machine, there is a surprise~ In addition to mineral water, milk and tea are also prepared. The bathroom is really great, spacious and bright. There are heating buttons, light controls and magnifying mirrors on the mirror. The shower water is hot and large, comfortable. The toilet has a smart cover and a disposable toilet seat. The only regret is that when I just checked in on the first day, I found that the toilet cover was not cleaned very well, and there were yellow water stains. The room was not very soundproof. On the first night, I heard the neighbors laughing from time to time. I couldn't help but wonder what TV show they were watching? Outside our window was the restaurant's kitchen. Early in the morning, we could hear the sounds of bottles colliding and various items being transported.

I came to Suzhou to attend the exhibition. The location is very good. After the high-speed rail arrived, I took the subway line 4 from Suzhou Railway Station to Leqiao and transferred to line 1 to the Cultural Expo Center Station. You can see the hotel building. It only takes two or three minutes to walk. The straight-line distance from the hotel to Suzhou International Expo Center is only five minutes, and it is faster to walk on the overpass. It is really convenient. The hotel is here at Moonlight Pier, near Jinji Lake, and Eslite Bookstore is five or six minutes away. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. I am picky about the room I stay in, and the staff is also very patient to choose a quiet room for me. The room is clean and tidy, with water and milk at the bar, and coffee and tea are available. The bedding is very comfortable from pillows to quilts. The hotel has the kind of furry slippers, which are of good quality, but it is a bit hot to wear in such weather. The sound insulation of the room is a little bad. On the last night, the TV sound in the next room was loud from nine o'clock when I returned to the room to one o'clock in the morning. In addition, it is also convenient to order takeout from the hotel. Soon after the takeout is delivered to the front desk, a robot will take it to the room, which is very convenient. Next time I come to the exhibition, I should choose here again.

Let me talk about the advantages first. It is a newly renovated hotel, so all facilities are good. There is also a capsule coffee machine in the room. It is right at the Moonlight Pier, so it is OK for traveling. Now let me talk about the disadvantages. First, the area near the hotel is under renovation. You have to go around a circle to get there. And the construction is still going on at 10 pm. If there is such a situation, it should be marked when booking. Second, the hotel is not soundproof. You can hear the sound of the TV next door. I called the front desk and the service staff also admitted that it was a bit. Third, the hotel service is not professional enough. I reminded them at noon that the welcome fruit was still not there when I came back in the evening. I reminded at least three service staff. Fourth, the hotel breakfast is really not good. It is basically cold cuts and bread. I don’t recommend staying here

The room is very comfortable. There are free drinks in the room🥤The candy girl at the front desk has a very good service attitude. I will stay in this hotel next time
