Suzhou Suzhou Industrial Park Hotels

Modern and clean room. Some small disappointment is a view that can’t see much thing even I’m on higher floor because it faced to the other side, while I booked this hotel with expectation to see Pants Tower. (Suzhou Center) The location is not very close to public transportation. I walked from metro, quite far. So when I return, I took Didi to train station instead. Surrounded with construction. So not sure when those construction will be completed in the future. Oh! And one worst thing is the air conditioning in autumn. Even though it’s cold outside the building, but in the room, without air conditioning and ventilation, it’s too hot and difficult to breathe. I asked for some help so I received a small fan that can help a bit. But still not comfortable to sleep. At least if I can open the window a bit, it will be much better. What I like most here is the lobby decoration that’s full of books. Breakfast is various and nice, too.

Second time staying at Citadines Suzhou, and it never fails! The room is clean, the staff are nice and accommodating, and they granted our request for a room near the lift. The location is also very convenient for our purpose in Suzhou. Highly recommended!

The hotel's hardware facilities are very new, and what is even more impressive is the hospitality and attentiveness of the hotel staff. The overall experience is very good. It makes me feel like a businessman even though I am working as an employee! Although it was a short holiday, the hotel still gave more than the price itself! I met three hotel employees, Xiaoting, Manager Zhao and Jiamei, who received me in turn. They were very considerate and enthusiastic towards me. The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. Five hours after checking out of the hotel, I realized that I had left my cap in the hotel so I called the hotel front desk and they made sure that the cap was delivered to my apartment. The hotel is located near Jinji lake and Suzhou centre plaza mall, but there are a lot of construction projects going on around the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from espire bookstore and new Times Square. The room is very good but I had some issues with the air conditioner and the fridge that weren’t working for the first night, which caused my family a significant amount of stress due to our baby’s food storage and sleep (the room got so hot that no one was able to sleep. The The reception however is very friendly and was really supportive. They fixed the problem on the second day of our stay! The breakfast is very simple, no western options but is super cheap, so still worth it. Overall a good place！

Convenient for the work I do at the Dulwich schools nearby. Not any English spoken but we get by fine with some translation apps and good nature. I'm not a fan of showing on the door that I don't want my room cleaned for sustainability reasons and it being cleaned anyway so I had to give a reminder on this. It is a friendly place, decent breakfast and comfortable rooms :)

This is the best hotel I stayed in during the past few days in Suzhou. However, it would be better if the soundproofing was better. Also, the birds were a bit noisy at 5:30 in the morning. But it also shows that Suzhou has a good ecological environment. Ctrip does not include breakfast. I got up late and didn't eat it, so it's hard to comment.

The only thing that I feel is a bit average is the sound insulation and echo of the bathroom in the room. For example, once you talk to someone in the room in the bathroom, your voice will buzz in the bathroom. It's a bit of a headache to hear it, and people outside can't hear what you say clearly. It may be some problems in the design. If it can be improved, it would be the best. Overall, this hotel is recommended for visiting Jinji Lake Scenic Area!
