Guest UserSunny, the host, proactively contacted me a day before check-in to confirm my needs and location, making everything perfectly arranged and thoughtful. During my two-night stay, they checked in daily on my experience, truly making me feel at home. One detail that deeply impressed me was during check-in. As I arrived early and planned to go out after dropping off my luggage, the front desk lady, upon learning this, offered to process my check-in right away. This way, if a room became available, it would be assigned directly, and I could simply pick up the room card upon returning to the hotel. This was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel breakfast was also incredibly rich. Although it closed at 10:00 AM, I noticed the chef was still patrolling and refilling dishes at 09:30 AM – impressive! For breakfast, I highly recommend the cold brew oats; they even had finely sliced fresh apples in them. Both the Chinese and Western dishes used very fresh ingredients. Furthermore, I stayed for two nights, and due to a change in plans, I made a quick round trip to Shanghai. I was so glad I didn't cancel this hotel. If you're visiting Suzhou and then want to go to Shanghai, you can certainly continue staying in Suzhou like I did. The hotel's service is absolutely outstanding!

Xiaolizi823We stayed here during the National Day holiday, bringing our child to visit Xiangshan Mountain in Zhangjiagang. The parking lot is very large, with two levels, shared with the Wanda Plaza next door, but there are plenty of parking spaces, and the signs are very clear. Check-in was on the first floor lobby, no waiting required. Our room was on the 31st floor with a nice view. They also gave us a persimmon sachet (meaning 'all wishes come true') and some snacks from Sam's Club, which my child loved. The room was spacious, perfect for kids to play in. It's about 18 kilometers from Xiangshan Scenic Area, a 30-minute drive. Right next to the hotel are Wanda Plaza and Sam's Club, making shopping, dining, and entertainment very convenient. Breakfast is on the 39th floor; the food was average and the variety wasn't extensive. I suggest adding steamed eggs for young children and also a few hot drink options for those of us who don't like cold juice early in the morning, so we can warm our stomachs.

Environment: Both the lobby and rooms were clean and tidy. However, the outdoor playground facilities were quite old, and there were bugs and trash scattered around. The indoor children's play area had limited facilities, more like a small convenience store, and wasn't very engaging. The swimming pool, on the other hand, deserves praise; the water was very clean, and there was a 38-degree Celsius small pool perfect for toddlers.
Service: We waited almost half an hour to check in at the front desk, which was incredibly slow. I suggest they implement some improvements in the future. However, I do want to commend Rose at the front desk; she shared many useful tips about the hotel via WeChat and was always available to answer questions. She deserves high praise.
Dining: We checked in on Mid-Autumn Festival day, and there was no buffet dinner! This was extremely disappointing because there were only farm-style restaurants nearby and no other dining options. The hotel's Chinese restaurant also required advance reservations (which is very inconvenient for guests staying only one night). The buffet breakfast selection was also quite limited.
