The hotel is well located in the heart of Gusu district. There are many busy streets around with clothing stores and restaurants. The hotel itself is large. The check in was pleasant, as was checking out. There are some English speaking staff if speaking Chinese is not possible. We stayed in the Premier Queen room, which was completely fine. Comfy bed, working appliances. The only issue was that the tap in the sink was leaking for our whole stay. We probably should have brought it up. The pool is nice, a 5th floor open deck area. Unfortunately, it is only open after 4:30pm. They have a pretty decent gym, as far as wanting to exercise while staying in a hotel goes anyway. Fair to say we would gladly stay again if we chose to go back to Suzhou.

After checking in to the Xiangqu Twin Room booked in advance, the front desk upgraded me to a Superior Twin Room. The overall feeling was great! When we first arrived at the hotel, it was very inconvenient that our mobile phones were out of battery and could not be turned on. When the luggage storage attendant in the lobby found out, he took out a spare charger and immediately solved the problem.
