Business and family travel.
We live in Western Sydney and decided on a night out in the city with some family. My partner works in the city, so convenient hotel location to the office and all other major shops and restaurants. Basically everything at your doorstep. Our room was ready by 12pm so my daughter and I were able to check in which was handy so I could drop off our bags. First time ever for us to have a complimentary mini bar stocked with drinks we like so we took full advantage of that! That's was a lovely surprise, thank you Grace Hotel! We booked a room with 2 double beds so we could push them together so we had a big bed to share with the little one sleeping in between us. Just easier than using a cot. I'd say she's more comfortable.
If we stayed longer we would've made use of the robes, the slippers and the dining.
Not our first time staying at the Grace and definitely won't be our last. Thank you again for the hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel!! 👌 ⭐️👌⭐️👌

Great location, spacious hotel room, variety for breakfast. Only thing was the water pressure and time it took for the water to heat up would be the only thing I could say was not great about the whole plce.

Overall happy with The Grace but disappointed when asking to stay an extra night was told it was booked out asked ro be put on a cancellation list they said they would call if anything becomes available no phone call so checked out found another hotel then checked on *********** and saw a room.available so not happy they didn't call to let us know a room.was available but found another hotel that we happy with

We had an amazing stay at the Grace hotel. It is conveniently situated in the CBD area and has nice, spacious rooms with complimentary beverages. I would especially like to thank housekeeping team: I forgot my airpods' earphone in the room and it was found very quickly. Moreover, the hotel offers a service for the delivery of lost items, which is extremely convenient especially for those who do not visit Sydney regularly. I definitely recommend this place and will certainly stay there again when I visit Sydney next time.

We found the service was excellent.Efficient booking in service.When it came to looking for somewhere to eat one of the gentleman from the desk acquired a table at the adjoining restaurant.The food and staff were wonderful. The only bad side to my visit was that I knew that parking was attached when requiring assistance on the phone the day prior it was difficult to get response. Ended up parking at Wilson’s Car Park the only downside was that we had a person with a disability who found walking distance difficult if I had known where the entrance to your parking facilities it may have been easier.Otherwise very happy.Thank you

Fitness room & pool are very small and sauna is not hot even after turning it on for an hour. Also, there is no barista coffee in breakfast even for extra charge.

The service and staff were excellent. Only downfall was there was only 1 chair in the room. There was nowhere except the bed to sit anywhere. Suggest a small 2 seater lounge in room as there was enough area for one.
