The amenities aren’t what they used to be. Allot has changed but the staff is amazing.

Beautiful hotel in downtown Tacoma. The staff was excellent. The glass art throughout the hotel is so unique you have to take time to see it all.

Nice hotel, best fastest elevators I’ve ever seen.
Not happy about paying $26 per night to park.
Should have coffee in lobby available, had to go to 4th floor area for coffee, but free refill is nice.

The property was a bit disappointing. When I checked in, no one mentioned that housekeeping had to be requested 24 hours in advance. So in 3 days my room was never able to be cleaned. The front desk staff was apathetic to my request. Rooms are basic and WiFi doesn’t work well - well, it didn’t work at all on the 16th floor so I had to go to the lobby to work. Parking lot was often full and there was no valet. Average stay.

For the second consecutive stay the television didn’t work. When we asked maintenance to fix it they told us even if we moved rooms the tv in the other room probably wouldn’t work. Disappointing!

The elevator was frustrating, the key for the upper levels did not work well. The gym equipment had not been serviced and was faulty and the food was adequate.

Hotel lobby and amenities looked very nice from a distance, however I didn't use any of them. I was there only to spend the night with my girlfriend.
The room was very average for the rate I paid. There was nothing spectacular worth noting
