Excellent service, spectacular view from room and restaurant, great food too. Basically you just bring own clothes to get in, nothing else. It provides plastic slippers, unlimited drink/ snack, clothes to change, basic skin care products (even mask!). And there is shuttle service from/to the train station. Excellently experience. No complaint at all.

The service, food, hot spring tub were excellent and the staff was very attentive. The only thing I wish could have been better is the outlets to plug my phone into. We couldn’t find one in the bedroom/sleep quarters (Japanese tatami). So make sure to bring a portable charger if you don’t want to be away from your phone. Another advice would be more of a treat if they provided a face mask and sleep wear. The reason I’d suggest this is because another competitor hotel of theirs provided very considerate toiletries for the ladies and I think that was a HUGE plus for me considering we spent a lot of money for one night. Anyways, overall villa 32 is great if you just want to spend a few hours to relax.

We enjoyed the outdoor mountain spring swimming pool and hot spring pool very much. We can continue to use the swimming pool and hot spring pool after check-out. Although the hotel is relatively old, it is tidy and clean overall. The housekeeping staff are very good and enthusiastic 👍 Various service functions include breakfast, parking, Carrefour shopping, and laundry. A waitress at the front desk of the breakfast restaurant is very warm and polite when greeting guests, and the staff is also very active and efficient👍 The only drawback is that there is a female waitress at the front desk on the first floor who has a cold attitude and bad tone. The rest of the staff are very polite but lack the smile + enthusiasm of the service industry... The working mentality is understandable, but it would be better if we can increase the warmth of the service!

For this area, the price-performance ratio of this hotel is quite high, and the indoor hot spring house is also quite large. The only drawback is that the room has no windows, but it is not bad. There is a car to and from the station, and it seems that many business hotels have it. There is this kind of pick-up service, but it ends at 12 o'clock in the morning. There will be a break at noon, and then the bus will start again at 2 or 3 o'clock. It is quite good. It is convenient. In fact, it is not too far to walk down the mountain. The hotel is further away from town, but it quiet and peaceful. However there is a shuttle that will take you to the mrt startion which is the center of town, a 5 minute ride. A small more intimidate hotel, with a turtle in a tiny pool upfront and small little pond at the basement level of hotel. The best part is the breakfast, my kids and I loved it, with both excellent eastern dishes that my dad would eat and diy noodles and other little breakfast items that were tasty and authentic. The western food was good too. We had 3 small issues with our room and we booked 3 nights, the 3rd night we were changed to a bigger room and the issues were resolved. The night folks were responsive to my concerns with the children and in all we had a pleasant experience. I went with my two small kids 6 and 9 and they enjoyed the breakfast and feeding the fishes a lot. Just keep in mind the rooms are made for 2 people. If you have a 3 rd person like a child then you must pay a supplement, even to share the same beds.

No breakfast provided. We arrived and checked in only around 7pm at the hotel. Went to the roof hot spring and there was no one around. We got to enjoy the whole area by ourselves. Parking is provided and the staff was kind and friendly. Room was nice and we can soak in the hot spring in the comfort of our room.

The room still felt like home. I have been to Beitou Hot Springs and I still like this one. Quandu Transportation is right next door to the building downstairs. After clearing customs in Macau, my first choice was to travel to Taiwan with my family. Taiwan’s scenery is still beautiful, the food is delicious, and ********* people remain hospitable and polite! On the first day of this trip, we immediately went from the airport to Beitou and stayed in a hot spring hotel for one night. During the Christmas tourist season, I met people from Hong Kong and Macao everywhere in Beitou, which was very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite scenic spots, parks, many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and close to the MRT station. I stayed in a family quadruple room with my mother and two daughters. The room is spacious and the bathroom has a separate hot spring bath. It would be best if you place an auxiliary stepping chair in the bathroom in advance, because the shower area is the same as the hot spring pool. The location is very high and the pool is very deep. It is too inconvenient to get in and out of the pool. The TV remote control does not work well, and Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ channels cannot be viewed. The check-in time was set at 18:00. I arrived in Taiwan on an early morning flight and arrived in Beitou at 13:30. With young children, I could only spend some time at the 7-11 downstairs of the hotel and the park opposite. The front desk staff was very nice, storing my luggage and arranging my arrangements. After checking in, I was given coupons for lunch, dinner and breakfast, and I was allowed to check in early at 17:00. I ate in the hotel restaurant. There was a children's playroom next to the restaurant. Although the place was small, my daughter had a great time. The front desk clerk helped me make reservations for restaurants in Taipei and called us a taxi out of Taipei. It was a great hospitality and I will stay here again. The ideal check-in time is 15:00. 😁
