Room are clean but public bathroom and shower need to improve however location is great and cheap

Hotel and rooms are really pretty. The staff is gentle, proactive and gentle while the location of the hotel is very convenient for transportation. Many shops and restaurants at short distance, metro at less the 10 minutes walk.

112/12/22入住遇到天花板一直冒煙，
告知櫃台人員，才後知後覺的去檢查，
叫了消防隊，檢查後整個房間停電，
搞到也不能洗澡，已經半夜了，也不能退錢
，只叫我們等檢查好，最後雖換了一間能洗澡的套房，已經是半夜3:00的事，睡的也很害怕，隔天一早退房時，竟完全沒有任何的補償及慰問，
提出時才說那給你們咖啡抵用券，第一次住到消防設備如此恐怖的飯店，重點是三人房是雅房，房價還要3000多，CP值非常不高，搞的整晚睡覺時怕火災發生，服務人員沒溫度的服務也極度不推。
