It was almost an excellent stay. Good room, huge window with beautiful view, clean bathroom. Also they have amenities on the 1st floor near the lobby and this is a great idea. Thank you.

離車站很近，地理位置非常不錯。很適合早早要去車站搭車的人。附近有全家、7-11、Lawson,滿方便的。去湯澤雪場，新幹線20幾分鐘，算是cp值高的住宿選擇。

房間很乾凈。服務員友好熱情。早飯很豐富，日式料理，有本地特色。車子可以停賓館後門，方便客人上下車輛。很好

Es ist schwer eine faire Rezession zu schreiben, wenn man gerade aus einem westlich besseren Hotel kommt. Negativ war, dass das Bad nicht wirklich sauber war. Es lagen noch lange schwarze Haare im Waschbecken. Auf einem Bett war ein frisches Bettlaken mit Flecken aufgezogen worden. Ansonsten war aber alles okay. Das Zimmer war ruhig und für japanische Verhältnisse geräumig. Das Frühstück war sehr Japan lastig aber alles war frisch und ausreichend vorhanden. Auch nach dem Auschecken wurde unser Gepäck noch aufbewahrt, was für uns eine große Hilfe war.

家族旅行のため利用しました。氷の機械の場所を聞いたところ、親切に水筒に氷を入れてくれました。忘れ物にも丁寧に対応してくださり、ありがたかったです。
朝食のバイキングも美味しかったのですが、好きな生のフルーツがなかったのでマイナス1ポイントとさせてもらいました。
