It was almost an excellent stay. Good room, huge window with beautiful view, clean bathroom. Also they have amenities on the 1st floor near the lobby and this is a great idea. Thank you.

離車站很近，地理位置非常不錯。很適合早早要去車站搭車的人。附近有全家、7-11、Lawson,滿方便的。去湯澤雪場，新幹線20幾分鐘，算是cp值高的住宿選擇。

家族旅行のため利用しました。氷の機械の場所を聞いたところ、親切に水筒に氷を入れてくれました。忘れ物にも丁寧に対応してくださり、ありがたかったです。
朝食のバイキングも美味しかったのですが、好きな生のフルーツがなかったのでマイナス1ポイントとさせてもらいました。

高崎駅より近いはずでしたがバスロータリーが立ちはだかって初めて行く道順が上から行けるのか下から行けるのか迷ってしまいました。2階からいく場合は最後は階段のみだったので重いトランクや荷物、お子さん連れだとしんどいです。
ロビーには交通系電子マネーがあれば無料で荷物を置いておける施設があって助かりました。また5階にコインランドリー(洗濯乾燥機)が2台あり利用。洗剤も無料で入れられたので非常に助かりました。
そして枕が表と裏面あり、硬めの面がとても寝やすく特徴があって良かったです。

場所がわからなくホテルに電話。とても親切なフロントの方の対応が気持ちよかった。部屋はとても快適だったが、バスタブ排水に難あり。それが唯一残念だった。
