The check was very disorganized. the young lady on the desk was talking on the phone, and dealing with a guest issue at the same time. we requested a 2 double beds at the time I made a reservation. When we checked in I asked for a handicap room with a walk-in shower, due to the fact that my traveling companion both have bad knees. when we got to the room it was 1 double bed.my companion, and I do not sleep in the same bed. We had to take the traditional room. After a 3 hour drive I was very ready to take my shoes off. Upon taking my shoes off, and walking to the bathroom my socks were soaking wet, and dirty. The carpet was soaking wet.My companion had to put on her shoes everytime she got up to walk to the bathroom or anywhere else in the room. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The facility is in need up a facelift and deep cleaning! Doesn’t look like hallways have been vacuumed in a while. Our room smelled like it had been smoked in and barely vacuumed. We just basically slept in the room and used the room for less than 6 hours. The beds did seem clean and comfortable enough.

It was close to the Hard Rock ******, but the motel was very dirty. The hallway carpet, in particular, hadn't been vacuumed, and that made a terrible first impression. It was also overpriced for what it offered.

This place smells like an outhouse. It’s filthy. The breakfast is inedible. The elevator was broke and though disabled I had to climb 3 flights of stairs
