How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

It was four fantastic days at the Hilton Tashkent city in the middle of the silk road mixed very carefully between the traditional hospitality of Silk Road in the modern Hotel very warm welcome team the breakfast choice was incredible I would never try all of it in one week very fresh delicious food bit slow service but great experience the room and the view I stayed in my room half day very relaxing watching the park and the mixture of the city history very clean room you can have all the time the fresh free fruit at the lobby then they add candy on big round table I really Enjoyed my stay reception team so nice. Thanks to the GM as well

As far as the overall level of Tashkent's overall hotel is concerned, Ramada is at a mid-to-high level, and the soundproofing facilities in the lobby, restaurant, and room are still good. In terms of price and hotel positioning, there are many shortcomings. The first is that the room facilities are old, and there is never a plug at the head of the bed; the standard room is too small, and a box is placed on the floor. There is basically no place for feet on the floor; the design of the toilet also has big bugs, the washbasin is super small, and it is always blocked by the door. To; the hotel restaurant has extremely low prices. In the off-season, it can be seen that many breakfasts are not fresh overnight. Ordering alone is not delicious, and the level of the cook is not as good as any restaurant on the street.

We stayed here 3 separate times in 15 days. The staff throughout were helpful, personable, and always had a smile. There was an exchange machine (Som to dollars and vice versa), and an ATM. The location was good for us; close to the market, shops and several restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very good but a bit expensive. As others have said, breakfast was second to none! There was everything you could wish for, including freshly cooked eggs. All in all, we enjoyed our stays here very much.

The fact that the hotel is crashing is one problem. One room does not have WiFi, the other hot water. On the carpet track someone is dead and rotten. The elevator is filled with all the lights. But the perfect wild thing is that taxis are not allowed to the site, as allegedly fresh paint, but separate expensive cars come and stand all night.

I stayed during my transit and found the place excellent with all amenities, breakfast spread is good and WiFi is fast. The staff at reception are helpful but many don't speak english. Hotel is located a bit away from central part of city and there are no eateries or shops nearby. As there is no facility for lunch and dinner, I faced some difficulty. I returned to same hotel after few days on my way to other destination and despite my informing the desk in advance, room not reserved for me. Finally english speaking manager helped me, this must have happened as the lady at the reception didn't record my request. Over all, the hotel is good for a short stay.

Great hotel bit not for noise sensitives. Clean, nice design adequate variety in the breakfastbut but with some great disadvantages: 1. Ventilators of the bathroom do not close (!!) So there is a constant noise in the room - technical dept said they cannot fix it it is the same in every room- 2. There is a loght in the room that switch on bu movement obviously to lead you in the bathroom during the night BUT it wakes up the other guest!!! You stay here for the experience not the quality of the hotel! This place is kitsch and a wonderful relic of the cold War! Stayed here twice as part of a group tour and was charmed by the haphazard nature of the place! Reception is a vast space with plenty of seating and a bar at one end. You can get cold beer here that you can take away to your room. Both rooms we had were large with twin beds at one end and a loungue type area at the other. The major bonus was we had a balcony each time; great views from the higher floors and a good place to hang out some washing! The first room the balcony was accessible from two doors, the second room had one door blocked with a chest of drawers and the handle removed! Bathrooms are a bit dated and you sometimes have to wait for hot water! Not all rooms have balconies so you might need to request. The money exchange was really useful, although they wouldn't change local currency back again. The rooftop bar is actually the top floor as opposed to on the roof but the windows open in and you get great city views. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the omlette chef! Location of the hotel is also strong, metro just to right of entrance and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A couple of reviews say Reception staff don't speak great English - you can get round this with Google translate so not a big deal. We also had two people on our two given each others passports - the onus is definitely on you to check!If you don't mind quirky this hotel is for you!

They have 15 rooms which means they give each guest the attention and care they deserve. Each of the rooms are clean and well equipped The manager Abdulvali is the most gracious and hospitable person. We were given a beautiful room overlooking their perfectly manicured garden. And Abror and Abdulaziz were most helpful, going out of their way to make us comfortable. If you are looking for a boutique experience hosted by people who really care, and a location that is most convenient- Mirzo is the right choice.

Inspira -S is a modern, clean hotel with many extras such as a wonderful boutique w/ traditional Uzbek art and clothing. My stay was made extra special because of the helpfulness of Chengris. He works at the front desk. Chengris helped me with room assignment, where to change currency, wake-up calls, and much more. He was very professional and is a gift to all who stay at Inspira-L. I have travelled for 50 years, and Chengris is one of the best. Also, the food was good. Breakfast offered a large assortment of food. The room was large and clean.

I stayed for a little over a week and was very happy with the experience. The nicest, most helpful staff ever. Everyone speaks Uzbek, Russian, English. Great breakfast, with a variety of fruits and berries, local sweets, as well as salads, fresh local dairy, eggs and a selection of meats and cheeses. Quick laundry service. The clothes were brought back clean within hours when turned in by 11 am. The hotel is located next to Amir Temur Square and a Bazaar, as well as within the walking distance from The Great Prince Romanov Palace. A block away from the hotel is a very nice coffee shop called Beans and Brews. Great food, great coffee. There's also a KFC right next door. One little wrinkle is that when you order a cab via local app Yandex Taxi, the drivers don't always know they should come to the hotel entrance; they tend to stop at a KFC or across the street. It's useful to message them separately about where you need to be picked up.

Overall the hotel is not bad. Clean, order, interior. Comfortable location, close to the center. Breakfast is not very diverse, but I do not claim something special given 3*. In advance, clarified the cost of accommodation, the girl in the hijab on the recipes reported and wrote on the sheet the amount 30008000 sum. I prepared it, and the day before the departure came to calculate. It turns out that the cost of accommodation is not 3. and 5 million sums. Thanks to a colleague who was with me at this point and the missing part of the payment we covered from her card. The check did not give, said they would attach to the invoice on departure. The invoice didn't give at once, said that immediately before leaving everything would be arranged. Okay. Before leaving, at 6 a.m. I come to the rehearsal. And I am asked: ”And you paid? hm ... strangely. In the system not marked.” I have a puzzle ... Well, the young man remembered me from the evening. Okay, okay, got it. Then I made the invoice ... and looked for cheques.. ... 20 minutes . I am the only person to leave at this moment. I am in a hurry to the airport. And here is the crown phrase of one of the staff: ”You should have asked from the evening of the Invoice, you would have been ordered!” If it hadn't been said, I would have been silent. But here I didn't restrain and said everything! Dear ADMINISTRATION! Please have a conversation with your staff ! so it is not possible! simplify the invoice design system or teach your staff to do it quickly! and if you are using the system, to enter in it all the payment data from your guests. The summary is: The hotel is good, overall everything is good. But the impression is spoiled.
