Premier Inn Norwich East (Broadlands/A47)

We had a two night stay over the Spring Bank Holiday. We were greeted on arrival by Brianna who was an extremely valuable source of knowledge (even if we thought differently about the local Indian!). We had spoken to her with a couple of simple requests and she made sure they happened…thanks! Throughout the rest of our stay, we were very, very well looked after by the Reception team. Thanks to great HouseKeeping team, our room was very clean. The room was very quiet even though this large PI was fully sold out. The only downside was the poor Brewers Fayre attached. The food was poor, the lager was FLAT (unforgivable 😡) and all the drinks were served from the wrong glasses. It all created a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude which was evident from the Staff’s attitudes. This PI is, however, splendid and very much on point throughout …we had a memorable stay and will be back……

This was our second stay at a Premier Inn and so glad we chose this one. When checking in we were met by Donna & Alex who were so professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them a real credit to the company. The room was very clean and comfortable albeit decorations a little tired. A really enjoyable stay.

Another warm welcome from the most friendly, accommodating staff we’ve came across at our Premier Inn stays, would like to say a particular thank you to Cherie for always going above & beyond. As always a spotless, spacious room with a super comfy bed, power shower, soft towels & extra pillows.

As always we had an excellent stay at Norwich East Broadlands Premier Inn. The staff are all very friendly and helpful - in particular Sherrie who remembers the little things such as an iron and ironing board in our room as well as a heater ( I really feel the cold even in the Summer) - we like to pay to have an early 'get in' to our room where possible and Sherrie helps with this too. Our room is always spotless - we have never found it to be otherwise. We always sleep well too. Very comfy bed and pillows and no light in the room - the curtains block all light. The location of this Premier Inn is great - central for us to visit a lot of the attractions that Norfolk has to offer and a bus stop just over the road if we don't feel like driving. The Brewers Fayre next door is very handy too - we enjoy the food and the service is very good from the friendly staff. We look forward to our next visit.

Sherrie has always been very welcoming & helpful. When we stayed last time we were at the rear of the hotel, we requested the same this time, it was sorted before we left for this visit. Room, clean, tidy, with brilliant shower. We come to this Premier Inn regularly & are always impressed by the helpful staff .

Changed room when requested, no issues. Loft was noisy next to the bedroom, hence request for change. The sound proofing isn’t the best but thankfully we didn’t have noisy neighbours. Comfortable bed and clean with plenty of hot water. Friendly staff. Didn’t have our names down for breakfast or that we had paid but maybe because we had moved rooms. It was fine, we sat and had a breakfast that had lots of variety. Overall very pleasant and free parking.

Super clean super beds super food. Donna looked after all are queries We cannot fault premier inn for price and quality it always works we use it all the time. The rooms are of a quality not found in a lot of hotels in this country. Once again five stars

The satnav couldn't find the hotel because the postcode covers a large area, and this part of the new Norwich ring road is a bit of a pain at the best of times. Once we'd arrived I reset the satnav for the current location and after that returning to the hotel was spot-on. The usual spacious room and comfy bed but I'd forgotten to bring a non-slip shower mat for showering in the bath, which can be slippery. We'd stayed at this Premier Inn previously and it is so much nicer than the Norwich Airport one, which had a lumpy bed and needed the decor updating. The bed here was incredibly comfortable and we slept right through on both nights. Breakfast wasn't quite as nice as other Beefeaters we'd used on similar stays, but it was mostly freshly cooked and the choice was reasonably good.

The beds are super comfy. Showers were warm. Looks like it’s been recently refurbished. Pub was good too. Friendly hotel staff Especialy a lady named Donna who went out of her way to print some things we needed for work. Would stay here again.
