We stayed just one night and didn’t use any of the other amenities the hotel has to offer. This review is strictly about the room. The bed was large, plush, and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the tub was large, the water pressure was high, and the soap smelled incredible (kind of like bananas). The room itself was large, comfortable, and had three televisions! The hotel seems wall-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the location is very convenient. We didn’t have a view of the River, but the view we had was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others coming into Tianjin.

St Regis lived up to it's reputation for service that goes above and beyond.....we had a problem upon arrival -:the fridge was missing. abd the spa wasn't working. This was disappointing as it was one of tbe reasons we had booked that hotel. Not only did they rectify the fridge within an hour/( minutes?), they also sent up a lovely tray with local treats and they offered us breakfast on the house. We could n't get the spa experience, but felt the manager, Frank, did his very best to make our visit special, and we were so appreciative. We would definitely book again, but know to check a few things beforehand in case the website is not up to date. At any rate, StRegis stands by its service and the manager was excellent. Kudos to Frank Wang!

The accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

We stayed in the Deluxe King room with a city view and had an excellent stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Every single staff member was unbelievably professional and kind, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of Western and Chinese options. We also enjoyed interesting cocktails in the lounge bar.

I have been at the Hotel for three days and I can say that my experience has been wonderful because and everyone who works in it is wonderful people and the Hotel is clean and the most important thing is that it is indicated in a good direction a super beautiful central place where the Hotel is located and also the staff staff has helped me in everything I have needed and there were moments when I have gone down to iron the clothes and they have helped me with the iron and everything is wonderful I give it a 10/10 and in the future I would like to be able to go back there I have had the best possible experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Give it a five-star, it takes only six or seven minutes to walk to the ancient cultural street. There is a big shopping mall next to it, and there are many restaurants downstairs. To be honest, the environment is okay, and it is relatively clean. The automatic toilet is a pleasant surprise. For such a three-diamond hotel, it is rare for managers to have such a sense of serving customers. Eating pancakes for breakfast will make you hairy, I hope you will pay attention to it in the future!

The first time I came to Tianjin, I chose a hotel in Jianguo. It did not disappoint. Tianjin is generally low in prices, and the hotel is the same, and the price is very high. The location is on the edge of the Haihe River. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the old street and the Tianjin Eye. Walking on the edge of the Haihe River, watching people sing and dance, a cruise ship sailing in the lighted Haihe River, I feel that the people of Tianjin are so happy. The transportation around the hotel is convenient. The nearby ancient culture street, the Drum Tower, the northwest corner of the net red snacks are very close. The house is clean and clean. My son and I stayed for 1 night and was extremely pleased with the hotel. We had a beautiful view and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of play. The location was fantastic as it was less than 10min walk from the TianJin Eye. Fast food was accessible as KFC and an 7/11 was right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit TianJin and highly recommend this hotel to travelers of all types.

I really appreciate the very strategic location, it's just few hundred metres away from many famous attractions, such as little Italy. Or if you're looking for halal food, there are many muslim restaurants too. It's also very near to station too, the hotel's room is on 37 to 51 fl, really help with the magnificent views. Staffs are friendly, room's clean, nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend this hotel, as myself would definitely go back here.

The location of the community is good, very close to the Ferris wheel, and the Ferris wheel can be seen from the two bedrooms. The only drawback is that the panoramic view is not available. Check in is self-service, very convenient. The bathroom provides facial cleanser and cleansing oil. The boss is very careful. Although it is useless, he still praises the care. The last thing I’m not satisfied with is that the air conditioner is a bit old. The air conditioner we stayed in was too loud, too hot when turned off, and too noisy when it was turned off. As a homestay, it is very good, if a small refrigerator can be provided, it will be even better in summer!
