一進入房間就覺得很清爽，乾淨整潔。有茶台，雖然裝飾功能大於實用功能（因為沒有插座供燒水）。有歡迎水果。早餐是在旁邊合作的早餐店吃，20元/人，品種豐富，足夠。在這家早餐店吃到了天津鍋巴菜。窗簾智能，樓層服務機器人。挺不錯。

酒店位置不錯，離塘沽火車站公交4站，再溜達溜達就到了。這個時候還可以穿小區溜達到大梁子渡口搭輪渡看海鷗，不錯的體驗。離老碼頭也不算太遠，走路可達。酒店就在十字路口（紅綠燈不亮）的西南角，上午門前出租車不少。酒店前台不錯，房間給在7樓，有機器人送迎賓水果，到房間門口會打電話通知，很好玩。衞生狀況我覺得還行，我不是很挑剔的人，衞生間無異味，洗澡水很沖，但沒有配塑料拖鞋。有送早餐，要出酒店右手第二家，一個本地的社區餐廳吧，20元餐標。吃的還行，好多當地人都來吃。周圍有學校，看到好多人帶孩子來吃早餐，再去上學。

地理位置優越，處於塘沽中心地帶。周邊吃飯出行都非常方便。房間打掃的很乾凈，屋內傢俱都是實木的，而且現代科技運用的很好，不用動手小愛全部幫你實現。房間價格也算可以吧，雖然週末有所漲價，但還是能接受的。早餐嗎，由於酒店餐廳裝修是和出門右邊第二家早餐店合作的，酒店給二十元代金券自己去吃，點餐價格如超了是需要自費的。其他的都還不錯的。

整個酒店的氛圍非常温馨舒適，讓人感到放鬆和愉悦。性價非常高，物超所值，下次有機會還會選擇這裏。前台的服務態度熱情友好，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。
