Was only there for one night the location is about 10 minute walk from the station which is OK but the area is questionable at night they’re a lot of hostess bars some Izakaya. ( because Kamata is a “salaryman heaven”so if you’re interested in those places great if not you can always enjoy a good movie or TV program. If you’re traveling by car . I don’t recommend it. Parking is expensive.

We used it as a previous night to go to Haneda Airport early in the morning. It was a high hotel in Cospa at 3000 yen per night. There is free breakfast service from 6 o'clock. When I consulted in advance, I was able to open the dining room from 4 o'clock and have breakfast. The hotel itself feels old in both the exterior interior rooms. The location is close to Kamata Station, but there are few people and a bit remote.
