INN THE OMOTESANDO

I chose this hotel solely because of its location. It feels more like a motel than a hotel. Check-in and check-out must be done directly at the entrance. Towels, toilet paper, etc. are not replaced. And the soundproofing is very poor.

The location is hard to find. It's not a standalone building, but rather the accommodation is on the first floor of a normal building. The room costs about 30,000 yen per night, but the facilities are no different from a business hotel.

This is a B&B, not a hotel, highly not recommended! I searched for this hotel in Ctrip's "hotel" search engine. It's a new hotel. I was satisfied with the pictures and location, so I booked it for 3 nights, March 4th and 9th. I was going to another city on the way, so I thought about this before and after. Book the same hotel and store your luggage here. Fact: More than 1,000 RMB per night is not cheap, it is completely deceived by the pictures. 1. I immediately navigated before arriving and found a new comment. This is a self-service hotel. I immediately contacted Ctrip to communicate about luggage storage and told no one that the hotel does not store luggage! (Later, Ctrip coordinated many times and told the hotel to send someone to pick up the luggage when checking out and bring it back on the 9th. Is it safe?) 2. It is a B&B with only 5 rooms on the 7th floor of an old building built before the 1970s in a street alley! Very hard to find, the check-in guide was sent in Japanese! China's 5G network cannot open the email link sent by the hotel! Check-in is in the 2-square-meter stairwell. The two of them are staggered and cannot move around with their luggage, which is very troublesome! 3. Since it is 20 meters away from the road and it is the window of an old building, it is very noisy at night and I cannot sleep. I can only make do with it for the first two nights. I will not come back on the 9th and coordinate check-out. We coordinate with many parties and inform that no guests have reported any noise. The problem is that the hotel will not refund the money and the boss lies! The thinking of bosses who don’t care about the Chinese market is very inhumane! 4. After checking in, except for the Chinese version of the check-out fine, the rest of the room is in Japanese and English. 5. On the day of check-in, I was very unhappy. I finally entered the password to enter the public space of the hotel, which is less than 8 square meters. A man came out of our room and saw me looking for my room number everywhere. I thought he was a guest, but he was actually someone from the hotel. There was no such thing. When I arrived, I didn't have any work clothes and didn't even say "This is your room." I just sneaked away. It was a very bad feeling! Summarize: 1. If you need some services after checking in, there is nothing here; 2. If you are not good at searching for a "hotel" when you are tired from traveling, don't consider it; 3. If you are a light sleeper and are afraid of car noise at night, don’t consider it; 4. Didn’t know it was self-service when booking

The location is convenient for visiting Tokyo, however it is one floor of an old building fitted out with rooms. No physical reception, no reception therefore no service if necessary, no possibility of leaving this luggage before or after check out for example. The shared kitchen space is minimalist and takes up a very small surface area in the hallway. The most negative point is that the price is at least as expensive if not more than for a comfortable hotel with all services. The place can help out if the hotels in the area are full but otherwise it is, it seems to me, easy to find better.

It has excellent access to Omotesando, Shibuya, and Harajuku. The hotel does not have a front desk, but if you complete the advance check-in on your smartphone, you can check in smoothly. Phones to the hotel are available until 4pm. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would like to use this hotel again.

It's an unmanned hotel, so it's convenient because it has a washer/dryer. The location is perfect, but it's a shame that luggage storage is not possible.
