Last minute booking during peak sakura season and were one of the few hotels available. Location was acceptable and within walking distance to Ginza. Rooms were a little small but to be expected in Tokyo.

Staffs are friendly and address many questions I have about the surrounding area and hotel amenities. Rooms are clean. For the price it’s a very affordable and clean hotel to stay at if you do not care too much about space in the room

Hotel is in a good location. Short distance to the subway station.
Rooms are tiny but clean.
Breakfast was average but there was constant pressure from the cook so that we don't eat too much. They have to come down a bit on this.
We paid $200 per night for breakfast included room and I think we overpaid a bit for what we were offered.

A great location - very close to Hatchabori station which is very convenient for Disney Resort and central Tokyo. It is also very near to a Lawsons convenience store and different restaurants. The room was clean and modern - not spacious but ideal for what I wanted with air conditioning. Breakfast was rather basic and not many seats to sit to eat it - but it was adequate. Service was excellent and although some of the staff had little English there was always someone there who knew enough. Thanks go to the young man who helped me repair my suitcase at 5.30am when I was checking out - it was a life saver and did the job.

As always, a warm welcome in Japan. The room is clean and has everything you need. There is a window that can be opened. If there is only a little space, otherwise everything is fine.

I was going on a trip to Tokyo and booked a larger twin room.
It appears to have been built in 2020 and the room was clean.
However, the outlet on one of the twin beds was on the edge of the bed, so it seemed like you couldn't use a larger charger. I happened to have a USB with me so it wasn't a problem.
Also, this hotel did not provide water, but sold it for 50 yen.
It was close to the station and there was a convenience store nearby, so that was a plus.
