The location is close to Oshiage Station, with convenient transportation and the Skytree is right next to it.

It was my first time staying at this type of facility instead of a hotel, so I was nervous, but it was great. We stayed with 2 families, but the bedding was in 2 bedrooms, 4 sets of double size, living room & kitchen, washroom + dressing room, so we were able to spend a relaxing time as shown in the room photo. The refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, washing machine, tableware and pots, and equipment were sufficient, and it was helpful that there were many hanger racks and hangers. Toothbrushes, bath towels, and towels were prepared for the number of people, and they were comfortable to use with thick hotel-type items. Detergent was also provided in the washing machine. There was also shampoo, trea**ent, and body soap. The bedding was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The building itself and its original construction are not new, but the interior was comfortable, and it was renovated in a modern and fashionable way. The toilet paper has a thick leaf pattern, the tissue paper case is stylish, the lights in the bedroom are cute, and the sofa and dining table settings are stylish, making it fun to stay in a facility like this instead of a hotel. I thought it was good. Only one thing, it was a little chilly on this day, and even if the air conditioner was set to heat, maybe it was collectively managed... I tried various things with the remote control, but I couldn't adjust the temperature well. It was late April, so there was no problem with the weather without air conditioning, but I wonder what would happen if it was the middle of winter or midsummer... That was the only thing that made me feel uneasy. The location was great. Oshiage Station, just a stone's throw from Sky Tree, convenient and very helpful. There are shops near by. There was no noise around the building and it was quiet. The cleaning was also thorough. The check-in and check-out procedures were automated and unmanned, so I didn't get to meet the facility staff face to face, but I felt the sincere hospitality shown to the guests.
