It's very good. From the front desk to the room to breakfast to dinner, etc., every detail is great and the price/performance ratio is very high. Especially the dishes and service in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel are so authentic, which made my mother very happy. She will never forget the Japanese restaurant. It was my first time to stay at the Hilton Conrad. I didn’t expect that the service and quality were better than those at the Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. I even liked it better. Unfortunately, I couldn’t cancel the hotel later, otherwise I would have to extend my stay for two days. What a pity. However, we have developed a new continent and will visit more often in the future!

The room is nice and quite comfortable. We got a smoking room by my own mistake on booking and they are kind to allow us to switch to a smaller non smoking one. The staff was understanding and helpful despite booking was extremely full. We are very grateful for their help! My family and I used it to celebrate my husband's birthday. When I returned to the hotel after turndown, a birthday message, a bouquet of flowers, and a small gift had been left for me. Their subtle care is wonderful. Also, all of the drinks I received upon arrival were replenished, which I was really grateful for. Check-in was done while relaxing on the sofa, just like the Toranomon edition. However, the difference is that we receive a welcome drink service and a towel with a relaxing and soothing scent of vetiper and petitgrain, which is different from the edition's signature fragrance black tea, and the fatigue of traveling will melt away. I did. The customer base is different from Toranomon, it is less lively and has a more cozy atmosphere. Although the hotel is new, the staff's pleasant friendliness and polite and kind consideration are wonderful. You can explore various things in Ginza while taking a break, and the hotel's architecture and interior will stimulate your senses, so it's definitely a great way to spend your vacation. is. The only thing that bothered me was the loud noise from the air conditioner coming from near the entrance of the room. That's it. The humidity control is also great, but I wondered why. It's a wonderful hotel that keeps getting better and better, and makes me feel sad that it will become a distant presence.

I stayed just one night. The room is very comfortable and well appointed. Quite big for Tokyo standards as well. The staff is very nice. I arrived too early, so they kept my luggage as i explored the city. In the afternoon when i came back, All the luggage was in the room. I did not try breakfast, but the hotel also has a lounge that is open until 10pm, where you can get snacks and wine/sake (there is a special chop card for wine/sake dispenser and you get two glasses for free). This was a very nice touch. The hotel is very clean and very close to Shimbashi Station. Getting an invoice was also not a problem

The hotel is super well located in Ginza. You are close to the subway making it a breeze to get anywhere in Tokyo. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is super clean BUT the rooms are rundown, dark and old. They are in desperate need of a remodel and there's signs all over the place that they will close in May for a remodel. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that one day I left at around 8 am and came back at 3 pm and housekeeping had not stopped by. When I called I was told housekeeping stops working at 4 pm and they needed an hour to clean the room, I had requested housekeeping in the morning and no one could tell me why they hadn't come earlier. Since I had to get ready for the an event at Ariake Arena I did not have housekeeping done that day but they gave me fresh towels. I booked my trip last minute and this was one of the only options left with Marriot the didnt cost $500 a night. But I wont be staying here again.
