帶長者旅遊，駿悦酒店是行程中最滿意的酒店，從進門開始服務非常到位，前台、客房、餐廳的服務人員都非常熱情主動，也非常注重細節，長者們非常開心。特別是客房經理宋怡琳、郎葉凱、方思，熱情周到，令人印象深刻。

酒店員工態度很好，熱情主動。房間設施齊全且較新，衞生設施乾淨整潔，抽水馬桶先進智能，淋浴龍頭好用方便。隔音效果不錯，比較安靜。早餐質量也不亞於杭州、蘇州等旅遊城市的高級酒店。酒店出來幾步路就到富春江邊，早晚去散步看景真是美哉遊哉……

從入住接待開始一直到退房 所有的工作人員都是笑臉相迎 服務態度真的很棒 車停在地面停車場 沒想到第二天下樓開車 門把手上有一張紙條 居然還幫忙洗了車 江景房真的超棒 然後提2點個人的建議 第一就是mini吧如果是免費的話 對入住的客人而言絕對是加分項的 第二就是早餐種類可以更豐富一點 下次來桐廬肯定還是會選駿悦

剛從雲南貴州武漢一個月自由行回滬的父母，決定將金婚50週年金婚遊選在周邊杭州休閑遊。第一站桐廬，這家酒店是我四年前入住的，最初就是被這大大的落地窗湖景迷住。房間佈置的天鵝好可愛，母親還細心發現天鵝還有雌雄之分，可見客房服務人員有多用心，工作人員拍照水平也是一流的，父母滿意且開心。細節決定了品牌永續生命力，再次感謝酒店所有工作人員為客人付出的努力！

非常愉快的一次入住，酒店位置好就在江邊，能看到江景。房間乾淨衞生整潔，馬桶智能的，所有服務人員態度都十分好賓至如歸的感覺，早餐也十分豐盛，晚上，這個保安小哥哥還把車幫忙給洗了，真是太感動了，推薦大家選擇這家酒店，絕對讓你不虛此行。

酒店位於富春江二橋邊上，毗鄰美麗的富春江，出行非常方便。前台非常敬業，我們住了好幾個房間，為了調房間的事情很努力在溝通。酒店設施很新，維護很好。房間非常漂亮，設計合理。包括洗手枱，邊上放手機的小枱子，還有一些放東西的小地方，很方便。江景非常美，賞心悦目，躺在房間就不想動了。早餐也很豐盛，麪檔好吃，還有肥肥的生蠔～下次來桐廬還會考慮選擇。全五分好評～

假期去桐廬玩，對比下來後選擇了駿悦，可以説真的沒有選錯！酒店真的沒話説，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。還在路上的時候，酒店的工作人員就打電話來問，還有多久可以到酒店，會提前告訴你，可能還需要一點時間清潔房間。到了之後門口的小哥哥會主動幫忙拿行李，前台負責Check in的小姐姐也特別的熱情，很有禮貌。酒店的地理位置也特別的棒，出門找地方吃飯、去景點都很方便！隔天下樓用完早餐後回到房間內，發現房間有被整理過，散落在床上的衣物也都給疊放好了，真的超級暖心！早餐很豐富，非常符合我們的口味！衹不過晚上用餐的君悦中餐廳上菜比較慢，等了好久才來了一個菜！可能是廚師比較認真負責吧，味道還是很好的！就連點心都很精緻！總的來説，非常滿意！
