The room is large, comfortable, and a good experience. The surrounding oxygen is also sufficient. There is a supermarket nearby, which is also very convenient. I will continue to stay next time. It’s also very convenient to take the train to Manhattan, haha, perfect

The three bath towels in the room are a bit smelly, and I asked to change a few. The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively old, and the corridors also have a smell. so so.

Ants in room 519! My dinner was attacked by ANTS! I was only offered to switch rooms. I should have been given a free breakfast voucher. I’ve stayed here before and never had a problem.

We arrived at 10:30PM the night of check in only to be told that they overbooked this Hilton Garden Inn in Shelton, CT. It was a major inconvenience to have to deal with this, especially when we were exhausted from a long day and needed to get to sleep

My biggest issue with the room was the microwave and refrigerator did not work. I ended up losing out on food that needed to be refrigerated.

The Hot Tub was not hot (one of the main reasons we chose this hotel) it was luke warm.
Sign at desk says 12pm check out, was informed it was 11 and not 12. Would not honor sign that was posted.
