酒店衞幹南湖公園邊，房間還算整潔乾淨，有傳歌的阿姨v打掃，也配有礦泉水，服務態度好，就是停車場太小，早上要等制人挪車。

環境：門口是一段樓梯，需要提行李才到大堂。停車場不是很大。有電梯。一樓有個小餐廳，早餐15元一位，但真的不咋好吃，品種很少。房間很小，兩個人的行李一打開，走路都沒法走。

1、入住的時候，烏魯木齊的氣温已經是降温到零下了。外面是非常寒冷的，沒有暖氣房間裏基本呆不住。
2、入住後，發現房間沒有暖氣，第二天本來想換個酒店，但是考慮到有行李就不想換了，於是就續住了。
3、與前台溝通，詢問暖氣情況，前台表示早知道暖氣是壞的，而且現在維修不了。
4、於是詢問是否可以換房間，前台直接拒絕。詢問是否有解決辦法，前台直接表示沒辦法。
5、離開烏魯木齊後，再通過攜程溝通，訴求退回一個晚上的房費。攜程反饋説前台去申請。
6、酒店最後反饋説不可以退。原因有兩個：時間過去太久，已經入住。
我不是很理解的是，時間過去比較久，這個暖氣壞了的問題就不是問題了嗎。已經入住，那我就想知道我如果不入住，我怎麼會知道暖氣壞的。
總之，酒店處理問題的態度奇差，客人提出的問題都是直接地拒絕。強烈建議不要選擇這家酒店入住，不然也可能面臨有問題不給解決的遭遇。

這個價格來説總體不錯，住了好幾次覺得比較性價比，有停車場電梯，酒店門外有一些餐廳都還挺便利，希望在衞生方面再提高一些，偶爾床邊會發現煙灰
